I have tried to purchase from online before and every time I need customer service the phone reps are rude and unless confronted are abrupt, curt and only help when they feel I might complain. I tried for over 1 hour this AM to set up an account so I don't have to use then and 3 reps out of three provided instructions that did not work on the web site with their provided commands and they disconnected the conversation before I was successful in completing their directions. They never reach back out. If I can't communicate with a supplier, and this is a costly product without good advise on how to use it, and how to determine appropriate order quantities and my first original order was days late from the original projection of arrival date, why bother? It can't be the only good product around. While my dogs like it so much they broke into the bag, if it takes me more time and frustration to set up a regular order with a determined quantity and I can't get customer support without disconnect, why support poor service?

Follow up. TU, Shayne, for your response below. I spoke with Catherine yesterday who provided a RAN for product return. She was very nice, very pleasant. I returned the items yesterday via US Mail, 1st Class. TU again for your response. 5 Stars for Customer Service! I received the 3 bottles of Canine Radiance and followed the prescribed amount, 2 tablets for a 30 lb. dog. I started her the day I received the tablets and since taking the tablets (3 days) she has had very soft, light in color, loose stools and the gas is so foul-smelling it could clear an auditorium. $86.01 wasted! And of course I must pay postage for the return. I definitely do not recommend!

The package was packed wrong (folded a corner in and upside down) obviously opened at the facility, then packaged again. I do not trust the product to have not been tampered with. Customer service is sub-par. I had to pay to send this stuff back and with any luck I will get a refund. BUYER BEWARE

My dog loves Ultimate Pet Nutrition food. She eats her bowl clean and evens licks her bowl clean.

It was excessively convenient and well received by Hildi. She gets fresh raw for her other meal and the NC was easily~equally appreciated. I liked thinking of all the goodness in it. My only hesitation is cost as l am not a wealthy lady with a beautiful dog.

I can tell that Nutra Thrive has made a positive difference in Bee's life. Her coat is shiny and thick. She is fit and quite active for a 12 year old. If she could talk, I think she would say that mealtime is her favorite time and Nutra Thrive makes it even better!

Maggie seems to love NutraThrive and is in great health at 7 years old. My only ongoing complaint is you no longer ship to Canada so it’s really hard to get via US friends. A real pain. What are you doing to fix the Canadian border issue?

My dog will be six y/o this year and she was three when I bought her from a breeder who told what brand of kibble she had been feeding her. Since then I’ve changed her food three times because she became disinterested in it after awhile. With Nutra Complete she gets so excited and starts hopping around while I’m fixing it. She gobbles it down like she’s never eaten before. I’ve also noticed that she’s more energetic since she started Nutra Complete. I honestly feel I’ve finally found the right food for the rest of her lifetime.

My 8 year old brindle pug has so much energy, she wouldn’t go for a walk. Slept most of the day away. Now she is running around, not scratching. I am so impressed, we walk 2-3 times a day. Thank you so much.

We have 2 small dogs and they both LOVE their new food. They are about 9 years old and have new energy !!! I thought our Maltese was going deaf but after a week on your food , she could suddenly hear. Lulu perked up so much that we realized she had a new energy and now enjoyed her new commands. She wasn’t deaf but lethargic. We are so grateful. Both dogs can’t wait for dinner. They are grateful and thank you.

Unbelievable product and amazing customer care!!

My dog LOVES this food! She always gets excited at meal times, but her enthusiasm over the Nutra Complete is at another level! I just mix some with her regular food, and she gobbles it right up. Knowing that it's natural makes me feel good about giving it to her.

My lab Trisha started using the beef freeze- dried food and powdered nutrition supplement. She loves the food and has more energy. I blend in a little kibble dried dog food and fresh vegables and apple chunks.

I used to have to coax the German Shepherd into eating and many times she would leave some food uneaten. Now she nearly knocks me down trying to get to the dish before I can even set it down. My older Corgi mix was spending most of her day sleeping. Now she is awake and aware more of the day. She shows interest in toys and getting me to play with her again. She gives me this bright eyed look and just lights up.

We have 2 labs & they both seem to love it. The dog food and the treats. One lab is 9 years old, so he gets a little picky sometimes. But this dog food, he loves ❤️. The other lab is 2 years old & he really loves it!!! So thank you Ultimate Pet Nutrition!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It took longer to get it than I thought it would,slow shipping but both our boys love it. They both have allergies, Duke is a weiner dog, he is the worst. Taco ,the chihuahua not as bad. They both have been taking Apaquel every day. I stopped Taco and so far allergies and fine. I'm going to give Duke more time eating it and try taking him off the Apaquel also. If it works it will save me a lot of money for meds.They both love the food and we use it for treats also. Thanks for a great food for our boys.

My 2 pugs get a small portion with their kibble for their evening meal. I put the kibble in their bowls first and they wait for the good stuff to be added before they eat. Then they gobble! They love it! I just wish it wasn’t so expensive so I could feed them their whole meal.
