Ease of placing an order.

We have 4 dogs and they all went crazy for the food.

She (golden retriever) liked them on the first bite. BUT liked a bully stick better. NOW!! It is all the way changed. It is cubes till her dish is empty, then one stick for a chew. We are done…. I might add, HOLLYwould not even try dog cubes.

My dogs are picky food could actually sit in their dishes for days🙁 they really enjoy this food and I have to wash their plates every night

Our Golden Retriever loves this food! He simply cannot wait for me to add the warm water (and the 3-minute time suggested) before gobbling it up! I just placed another order.....

My Dogs are very picky eaters, we always bought them organic dry dog food, they'd eat it but weren't thrilled, they were getting older so we decided it was time for a softer dog food, and we found Ultimate Pet Nutrition Freeze Dried Beef Dog food, and my dogs love it. It's such an Excellent, healthy, nutritional, Organic Dog Food. It's made with all really 100% Organic Beef, it's packed with every vitamin and supplement a dog needs for optimal health. I took this food to my Vet, and he was shocked by how healthy and vitamin packed this food truly is. He's going to start recommending it to his patients owners when they visit his office. Most dog food about (90%) is poisoned, processed, synthetic and contains no nutritional or supplemental support at all, despite stating it does. Now our animals are our family, we should be giving them the best food possible, just like we do for our children and family. I've been purchasing this product for well over 2 years, its on the expensive side but it's worth it for our animals, and I will extend their lives.

Shipment was fast

Their formula for dog food has changed. It now has visible bone shards and crumbles to dust. I have supplied photos and received replacement bags but all are the same consistency. Six emails, photos sent, batch #'s , but replacement product just as poor quality. Sorry Shayne, there is no quality control

I called the customer service because there was a problem. She was so nice and helpful. We don’t get that free often nowadays thank you so much I work at the salon and I yeah all my clients all about you guys. Keep up the good work.

At first my dogs loved it. Now they will eat it off and on, I am worried that I ordered too much food and they will not eat it. I am thinking it is the hot weather we have been having here in Virginia. I sure hope so.

I love the products you sell, My dog is 16 years old and he has started showing his age but when I gave him some of your product his health has improved alot the only problem I have is the price I am a disabled Vet and I dont draw much but I had to do something for my dog and I am glad I did and I thank you. Sugar...adopted Chinese Crested - a very picky eater - seems to love it. Will continue to order as long as she does! And it's good for her, too.

I was really hesitant to brush "our girls" teeth myself, and didn't have the money to spend on a commercial brushing appointment, so I found the chew sticks from Ultimate Pet on line and decided to give them a try. I've only used 14 of the first bag of 15 so far, so I don't know how well it will end up, but her teeth do look like there is less plaque even at this early point (14 days), and she loves them. I ordered another bag yesterday.
