I cannot write enough good things about Tynemouth Coffee Company. First off the coffee beans are the best I’ve had and continue to be excellent every time I have them. You can really trust the consistency from TCC. On top of thIs, the service I’ve received has been top notch. From hand delivery less than 12 hours after ordering to getting my 3 month subscription sent early to help with a distinct lack of coffee in the house! The beans from TCC really compliment our Sage machine. And the 3 month subscription offers a really good price for a seriously quality product. Highly, highly recommended.

Been using tcc since we bought our sage machine, they are brilliant, the coffee is outstanding quality, best we have ever bought, good variety to choose from, we have tried them all....our favourite is rocket fuel, the first cup on a morning its sets you up for the day, they have wonderful accessories from cups to vacumn containers for storing your beans which are the best, and the barister courses give you the knowledge to making the perfect coffee, love yous from The Swanns.

My first order took 10 days to arrive as the house number was missed off the delivery slip, i checked my order, my house number was on the delivery & billing address. I tried to contact Tynemouth coffee via fb & telephone to ask them to advise UPS of my full address but did not receive a reply to any message i sent. In the end it took 5 phone calls to ups to get this rectified (i understand ups were also at fault for this). If they had used royal mail as the courier which is stated on their fb page i would of had my order sooner. Very happy with the item just a shame it took so long to arrive. Update - my first order seems to be a one off, tynemouth did contact me to apologise and refunded my order, I have since placed a second order for some coffee and i was very please with this order, arrived within 3 days and the coffee is very nice, i have updated my original 2* review to a 4*, i will be definitely be ordering some more coffee soon !! Thank you

Excellent customer service and delivery! I did wonder whether I should order an espresso machine to be delivered all the way to London but they offered a great deal and their extremely prompt and helpful customer service of answering email enquiries reassured me. Once I received the product, I knew I had made the right decision. It was wonderful and coffee tasted great. Didn't expect delivery to be that quick. Thank you so much, really enjoying the coffee!

Great coffee, great service

I attended the sage barista course last saturday and i must say it was outstanding. We were provided a wealth of knowledge from the team on using the machines, latte art, and producing excellent espresso. I have had my sage barista express for around 6 months and struggled to produce a decent shot of espresso or latte art. Following the course i have implemented what i was taught and my coffee has improved dramatically. Tynemouth coffee co HQ is beautifully presented and full of cool kit that any coffee enthusiasts would die for. Highly recommend the course, staff are very friendly and a fountain of knowledge. Also the best coffee produced in the north east if not the country ! Keep up the good work
