Exceptional customer service and by far the nicest tasting coffee in the North East. I finally attended a barista masterclass session which was a Christmas gift and was blown away with how patient and knowledgable the guys were. I was in the market for a coffee grinder and the team at TC kindly kept me updated on stock and message me as soon as they had one available. Truly amazing coffee! Never go anywhere else these days for my coffee. I buy beans but they'll get the grind right if you need them to. I rotate between Jingling Geordie, Rocket Fuel and Haddaway Harry and I'm always happy with my choices 😊

AMAZING!!! This is a birthday present for my husband. I ordered the sage express coffee machine on the Saturday morning and it was delivered later that afternoon. Husband is over the moon with it. Delicious coffee and top quality equipment. Looking forward to booking in for the barista session.

Went to Tynemouth Coffee for a barista express and was told the advantages of paying a bit more for the barista pro and haven’t regretted it. I think the pro is the best value model and glad I was talked into it. The training was excellent as were the other extras Had the pro for a month now and just put the last of my first bag of coffee in the hopper.
Tynemouth Coffee were brilliant. They kept me updated on when the Sage Oracle would be in stock and then sent one out with no fuss. Thank you so much. As for the Sage Oracle touch, I sold my car to buy it and don't regret it in the slightest. To give this some context, I only have one leg. Honestly.

The BEST coffee ever!
I started buying coffee from Tynemouth Coffee Company a few years ago and every bag has been amazing. Since then, I've also bought a coffee machine through them, for which I was given a full demo. It also came with a bunch of extras, and a masterclass, which I was able to attend a whole year after I bought the machine (Covid.... bah!). I learned a lot of really helpful skills and tips here to get the most out of my machine - thanks Paul! Tynemouth and North Shields has a thriving community of small businesses and their customers, and TC are very much a fundamental part of that. The guys are always friendly, helpful and hugely enthusiastic about their trade. As they've expanded they have still focused on their roots, offering local free delivery (usually same day - incredible) and working with other businesses close by. But - beyond their exemplary business, top class service and range of products, the most important thing really is the quality of the coffee. And it's bloody fantastic. I'll not be straying from my Black Midden for a while, I don't think!
