I have bought a good few bags of coffee from here and never been disappointed but took the plunge on an sage bambino plus. The machine is amazing but Tynemouth coffee went above and beyond. Delivered to my house with an absurd amount of coffee and a great vacuum store. The customer service is above and beyond. Great coffee and great products.

Wow! I’ve just ordered a selection of coffees in a tote bag as a Christmas present for my daughter less than a hour ago and it’s already arrived!! The driver said I was lucky because I was on his route but that’s pretty spectacular service. I opened the bag and it smells amazing 🤩 Literally can’t get better service than that. Thank you ☺️

Fantastic coffee from a great local business

I was very pleasantly surprised with this order. I ordered the Sage Smart Grinder pro from Tynemouth Coffee Company, originally just looking to buy from a smaller business. Tynemouth Coffee Company had a way better price than any other online retail website and free delivery on top of that. In addition, the delivery was very fast for an independent retailer. The only thing that I think would be a nice addition to the process would be a dispatch email with tracking or something similar. I feel like this is something we are so used to from amazon orders, but it is a really helpful tool, that also gives the customer a bit more security in their purchase. Thank you for this great process, Tynemouth Coffee Company!
