It’s almost unbelievable to say….. but I ordered an expensive coffee machine from Tynemouth Coffee at 15:45hrs on Thursday…. Delivery received next day, on Friday before lunchtime…. and we live in the wilds of West Wales!! I phoned the company to thank them for their prompt service. The gentleman then went into great depths to advise on what settings would be most appropriate for the coffee beans I have on hand! Wow! Does it get any better? Super impressed.
