The only game in town when it comes to powering communication for your app.

We have integrated Twilio on our website mystockalarm.com for stock price monitoring. It's crucial for us to have a trustworthy service provider like Twilio. We tried many other services before that. And it's the last service we trust. I'm a developer too and I'm happily recommend to other users also. Thanks.

In single day were were able to build a feature that saved our clients hours. This platform has made building call based apps as easy as writing a basic website. Highly recommend Twilio for anyone looking to integrate call functionality into their product.

Since Twilio activated full SIP and trunking, it became our only solution. Very reliable. Cost-effective. Easy to implement and integrate with our existing services.

We are very happy with Twilio. They have never failed us. They have matched our growth and their feature set is very robust. The only issue we have had is finding phone numbers in NH and ME. We do a lot of business in Northern NE and this is a frequent issue. But I would recommend them for anyone needing their services, they are very reliable.

Twilio video is easy to integrate, but doesn't work well, esp the echo cancellation. The tech support is not of much use for video. The sales team does not respond at all for an enquiry. So, the product vision is good, but execution sucks.

I've been using Twilio for more than 4 years. Their service is solid and reliable. I love that they are continuously innovating. I highly recommend them.

It was very easy to implement with our application. Only complaint is the send speed of the SMS if you don't have a shortcode. A send rate of 1 per second is a bit slow when you have thousands of messages to send. But other than that the service is great.

Twilio delivers excellent documents and services. However, compare to other local Hong Kong competitors, the price is significantly higher in terms of sending SMSs out. Hopefully Twilio will drive the price down in the future, so that users feel the value of the service is higher.

1 SMS per second and the only way to increase this is to lease additional lines! Twilio is cheap hotchpotch of retail cellular accounts wired together then marketed as an enterprise service.

Twilio innovates quickly. We've noticed some growing pains as they expand.

I literally have no idea how they have time to provide such a high level of tech support. Mind boggling. Their service is outstanding! Utterly. Eclipse.dj

I have been using Twilio services for the past 4-5 years and I am thoroughly happy with them. Not to mention the amount of money I have saved with them. A super fantastic company!

I have been using Twilio for a few years. I have a small business that markets web based software for package tracking and resident notifications for condos in downtown Chicago. I have experienced almost zero downtime or lost messages. We are not a big client, we only send about 75,000 text messages per month and maybe 7,000 voice messages per month. Any issues I have had that have been submitted get a very prompt response and the same code if enough to get anyone up and running. My vote of 5 starts!
