Like it all. Wish you would show the number of calls on the page when I do a filter on activity. Only way I know to get the filtered number is by exporting to CSV. Little thing. Keep up the great work!

Twilio has done well by me and my company!

People don't talk about Phil Kessel's wrist shot. Because they don't have to. Everyone knows. It's wicked. Which brings us to Patrik Laine. Better than Phil? That's like asking ... hey, try this OTHER beer. It's beer. We like. The more the better. And so, in reflection, I find Twilio to be reliable and easy to use. Happy Friday.

We built our own phone system based on FreePBX, integrated Twilio for SMS and Elastic trunking. Now we have a phone system that talks with our WordPress based websites doing eCommerce, and our customers can reach us directly through our website and phones. And we can tie every call to a sale or customer website visit. The commercial phone system I used in our last business cost almost $20K to setup and $1000 per month to operate. It didn't do as much as what we built on open-source with Twilio costing $500 and $50 per month. When we had some questions about number porting and integration that we could not answer from the details on the support and API website, real live customer support was there and took care of the issues. It's not too often you find a solution for anything that has the best features and has the lowest implementation costs. Well done Twilio!

As a developer I appreciate how easy it was to integrate with the Twilio technology stack. When I've had problems they have been very responsive.

The api is fairly straight forward and the dashboard is excellent, especially the debugger. $.0075 per text is turning out to be rather expensive and I would be willing to switch providers if I could find a service for .006 though but that might just be me.

Twilio has a reliable service. I am using it all the way in Kenya, and it has served me well. One suggestion is to optimize the APIs more, so they take the shortest time to execute.

Clearly this company strives for excellence because we've never had 1 problem with the or their services and been members for over 2 years!

Great Set of APIs. Much more expensive than their competitors. Costs thousands to be able to speak to a person when help is needed.

I'm just a basic user but Twilio has been easy to use and helpful to my business.

We only use the texting feature of your services to communicate with parents about cancellations with our soccer program. We've never had any issues or problems with your services.

The Phone numbers work and it is a very inexpensive way to do online phone numbers.

Twilio is a great tool that is easy to plug into a solution and provides tremendous value due to its consistent performance in low bandwidths. The Video quality is truly HD and voice quality is good. Strongly Recommend Twilio.

Twilio is a fascinating company with a great API that is simple, yet powerful. Documentation is adequate and abundant. My only complaint, albeit minor, is the lack of feedback on the short code approval process. There are long periods of silence and no one will answer your emails when inquiring as to the status of the process. There may not be much information that transpires between Twilio and the Telcos, but that shouldn't stop the communication between Twilio and their customer.

Nice tools and so much more to learn. If we had more active coaching we would use more tools. Very interested in transcripts, keyword summaries, Watson and doing more.

Twillio integrates great with turboDial, shortening the time it takes our sales people to make calls and reach prospects. With Twillio, our work time was cut by half even two-thirds!
