Every time I try to login, I have to reset the password. Ongoing problem, too. This company must hire monkeys to do their coding.
We made a support ticket about getting billed too much for a couple of times. The support ticket got deleted.

Worst company I e ever dealt with in my entire life!!! They closed my account with no further assistance and explanation. I simply asked them WHY they legally need my business documents which I have a right to know. They couldn’t answer me do they just suspended me account!
Took over a week to process there most simplest of tasks. Expect EXTENDED waiting periods.
The overall app/service is nice and easy to use, but the support is absolute garbage. I have an issue where they won't let me into my account unless I verify it via email, but for some reason I'm not receiving these verification emails. I'm still in delayed communication with a support member to fix this issue that I reported yesterday, and it's affecting my business (not being able to log in). Again, great app/service, but pray that nothing goes wrong for you..
Account closed for no reason. March 2022 I opened the account to be able to use the SMS reception service and verify an account and not give my phone number (for privacy reasons), at the first credit card deposit they asked me why I wanted to use their service and if I were a company, I replied that I was a private individual and the reason for registering. They approved my deposit and activated the service, great right? The service works badly, 5 out of 6 sms don't arrive but it was okay it was an occasional use. 2 days ago I received an email from them with the closure of the account, they tell me that they do not offer services to individuals and without other reasons, I no longer have access to the account. I asked to reactivate my account for 24 hours so that I can access my account created with the twilio number and replace the number, otherwise I lose access to the account, they replied no. Lost account, lost money. BAD EXPERIENCE.
Customer Service is non-existent and understanding billing is impossible. If you want a preview of what hell is like, try submitting a ticket to Customer Support.
Twilio is shutting down a better service that they acquired called ZipWhip. The catch is they will still hit you for an early cancellation fee even though they are the ones canceling the service. Requiring advance notice to cancel a product that you are being forced to cancel is unethical.
It's just a scam! your API will attack by many other countries and the solution is just to ban the countries! they don't have a solution for Toll Fraud.
Absolutely terrible. They don't have customer service. This is not hyperbolic. They actually don't implement this in their business model. You can submit a ticket and they might look it over but more than likely they will close the ticket out without contacting you at all. I will be looking to use a different provider.
Recently migrated to the Twilio interconnect platform to escape chronic outages and poor service from another provider. We are currently receiving the highest call completion rates we have seen in a long time and after working in the telecommunications industry for the past decade, I have not yet experienced a faster turn up process and ease of setup than I did establishing circuits and transport to the Twilio Interconnect platform. We found the Twilio engineering team to be very responsive and knowledgeable with their own platform and experience with on-boarding clients similar to us and the services we offer. We also discovered Twilio's billing team to be responsive with inquiries and learning about the billing process. The Insights dashboard is extremely helpful compared to our former ITSP when trouble shooting call completion and utilizing SIP URI calling. The logging is clear, concise and demonstrates what the exact error was. I highly recommend Twilio to others that only get one chance to send or receive vital calls.

Be careful with this company! We had an account and used it for SMS otp. We activated the automatically payment by card. Then, someone used our api and twilio informed us immediately via email, after that we had a charging of 3600 euros from our credit card, and they didnt stopped anything!!! after that we tried to claim this and we had to write 20 emails with the support, sometimes they wrote they will do a refund, sometimes they wrote they will not.. right now we are waiting more than one month. BE CAREFUL !!!
This software is not user friendly. There is no phone support and the help videos don't help at all. I receive reply/follow-up emails from their support team anywhere from 4 hours to a couple of days after I reply to them.
Same experience as many here. Can not be used for businessto be honest. They would suspend your account with no detail or reasons and make you wait 2 to 3 weeks before you really understand what is going on. We use sms to identify our customer. So for 2 weeks you can not on-board any customer

Immediately suspended for suspicious activity. This wouldn't be a problem if "suspended" didn't mean LOCKED OUT OF THE SITE ITSELF. Even the help page where I might've been able to request a ticket was blocked because I was suspended, and told me to talk to support to request a ticket. Dirt poor design.
