Everything was great
Followed the ordering process as per instruction which was for 2 shields with Club Logo on them ,Head bar to be engraved & for the first nameplate on each one to be engraved. As per instruction the nameplate information had to be emailed seperately. Received confirmation of order & the nameplate info which was passed on to the engraving dept. Shields arrived on time but disappointingly the nameplates were not engraved. Phoned sales immediately & two engraved nameplates were dispatched & arrived next day. Surely including all the engraving info on the original order form is a better option? Apart from that blip the service was fine.

Apparently I misspelt’trophy’ as ‘Tropy’ which was “cut and pasted”. This is extremely poor and shows no procedures in place for a good service. I can understand copying a name verbatim but not to correct a word like trophy when the mistake is obvious and which you must be using everyday is pathetic
