Not a great experience at all. Customer service and support very unhelpful, hide behind small print. When things are outside of perfect they don’t want to help.i wanted to spend more money with them but they just ignored me. Product's arrived damaged and they ignore my emails. Not happy. Probably fine if everything is fine. When it’s not you are on your own

Lovely medals. Had to phone customer services a couple of times as I got a bit confused with the web site 🤦♀️. They were very helpful. Love that it’s possible to customise the medals and how easy it is (once you know how). Will definitely use again great value for money.

Maybe I was Just Unlucky On the positive side, the staff on the other end of the phone were really friendly and the prices were good for the products. However - I had real issues paying for my order on line and had to eventually phone to pay after placing the order on line. Not difficult but unnecessary hassle. The engraving on one of the trophies was incorrect, this was sorted fairly quickly though I had to provide evidence of the error before they would rectify it, so another hassle i.e. taking a photo and sending it via email. The replacement tag with engraving was half the size of the original so it did not cover the mark left by removing the original. And finally it took me four requests before I was finally sent an invoice/receipt. Ultimately I probably wouldn't use them again but as I say I might have been unlucky and the price and quality were fine.
