I can not fault the service received, in particular from Louis Chalk. As a recently emigrated first-time buyer, building a trustworthy credit score to obtain a mortgage was not easy. After consulting with 2 other mortgage advisors, Louis was recommended to me and I can not recommend him highly enough. Not only did I receive first class advice over the course of a year, all of my queries were responded to in detail, within minutes. I recently bought my first house through this company and received outstanding service from their Alasdair Lowrey. He was knowledgeable on the whole process including the specifics involved with acquiring a mortgage as well as taking the time to explain the best insurance deal. Alasdair walked us through all the issues regarding the mortgage and house buying process. Overall experience was great and I believe this was down to Alasdairs guidance.
