Brought a pocket watch of this company, it arrived well with the estimate time, it was securely packaged and the watch itself from first look was prefect. As looking closer, the watch seem to be well made and works perfectly. The design is very nice and looks totally different to other pocket watches I've seen

I ordered a bracelet, end up being too big. I was looking to return the product however I was offered a replacement for the right size, so I accepted. I was given a label, sipping cost me 2€ from Ireland. I contacted CS enquiring about my replacement and it arrived within a week. The CS representative answer two hours later. I suggest that your CS representative use a group mailbox rather than individual, for their protection on line with GDPR.
Good quallity of the product. I would recommend to add a few more fonts for inscription.

The Gold Chain is up to expectations but the Bracelet is not what I'm expecting. it's really Big on the Screen but very tiny on arrival above all ,it's Okay

The quality of the bracelet is on top. Fast delivery and good customer service. I ordered size M, but it was too big and I sent it back for free. During two weeks I received a new one size S. Highly recommend.
