I bought two rings here. However, they were too big. I had chosen the wrong size. So I returned them to exchange for the correct size. It couldn't have been easier and more straightforward. Yesterday, I received my replacements within the stated time and they are perfect. They arrived in lovely ring bags in a padded envelope. I highly recommended this site.
I ordered a key ring worth €17 I received an email saying basically you’ve received your package I hadn’t, So I made contact, received a call back within the hour from a lady who was willing to help, we discussed a few options like where it may have been left on my property (given it was going to be a small package) etc. Another one was sent which I did receive. Thank you very much for making the experience as pleasant as it could be. Given that I’ve taken the time to write this (I normally wouldn’t waste my time) & I was happy with the outcome & Yes I would order from your company again
