Ordered part, due for arrival after 5 business days. Finally got an email saying component won’t be available for another 2 weeks, so start to make other arrangements and then got the part 2 days later.

Product arrived quickly and as described
Tredz order was processed fast and they kept me up to date throughout the process. I payed extra for next day delivery, however DHL failed to do this. They sent me tracking (which had no tracking on it), then said they were running late. Later that day there site said they were unable to get access to my address, which is not true.
The price of my tyres was cheaper than the competition but it was their packaging that has my choosing Tredz for my tyres. So many companies twist the tyres into plastic bags to save on their postage costs. This damages the bead and any reflective strip on the tyres. As the tyres are not cheap this is significant. Tredz placed mine in a sturdy box and provided tracking. If you want your tyres undamaged choose Tredz.

Tredz is my go-to for bike related products. Efficient to deal with and competitive pricing. Products arrive timely and well packaged.
Postage was quick but due to poor packaging there were a couple of rub marks on the bike. The front mudguard was also touching the tyre and the stem had so much grease on it I couldn't tighten it without cleaning it. On my first ride the handlebars twisted on the stem and nearly caused an accident.
