Miracle workers with respect to accomplishing the task in a record amount of time. Initial communication about what an "appointment" means and how the process works was not clear, but I think that is because everyone has different needs and technology abilities. Some might need a physical location with someone to help them, pictures, scan documents, etc., others are completely tech savvy and can do it all from home, most probably need something in between like at a Fedex scan/print location.

I contacted Travel Visa Pro few days before my Oath ceremony for naturalization, because I needed my passport to travel asap. I was on their chat line frequently to make sure my steps were right. I chatted first with Grecian. She was extremely competent, she told me that I could start my application using the notice of naturalization pending the original certificate. That saved me precious time. She led me through all required documents one by one, she made me scan them then she gave me her email address to upload them as pdf. She corrected where I had missed some info or the forms were not completely accurate. When Grecian knew she couldn't be around, she directed me to another representative, Annalyn, who was also extremely competent and made sure that I was going to the appointment with the acceptance agency nearest to my location with all necessary information. At the agency all went fast and smoothly, I wasn't there for more than 30 minutes. I then sent back to Annalyn and Grecian evidence of the sealed envelope that I was going to FedEx to their headquarters for confirmation that all was in order. Period. Same day I went to the main fedex hub and shipped the sealed envelope along with other required docs. I mailed it on the 11th of April and today, the 17th of April I've received an email from Travel PRO with attached the pic of my 1st new US passport along with my other docs. Everyone was very helpful, patient and answered all my questions.
Well let’s see, I paid for the 2-4 day service at the beginning of March and didn’t get my visa until the end of March because they kept coming up with excuses as to why they couldn’t submit my application in a timely manner, 1st when I placed my order the initial email with the three steps didn’t include a shipping label, I had to ask for the label which was sent the following day, I also feel that in those 3 steps it should include a little note explaining that the worksheet could take a couple of hours to complete but that’s not the main issue, it was that my worksheet was incomplete then I informed them that I had already submitted a cova application and asked if they could get the info they needed from my application to which I gave them my application number and they said they would get back to me which wasn’t until the next day which actually was a Monday because it was Friday and I’m sure I’m getting my days mixed up, but every day that following week was something new, they called and questioned my nationality because I was born in Germany but only had US citizenship NO I DON’T HAVE DUAL CITIZENSHIP my father was in the US Army and was deployed in Germany with my mom at the time and then I was asked to submit a statement to answer for a small gap in my employment which I was unemployed during Covid but I didn’t get this call until later in the early evening so this added yet another delay but by far the biggest issue was them asking for an official invitation letter stating that this letter has to come from the Chinese government and this held up the process for several more days because I had to constantly tell them that there’s no official letter that comes from the Chinese government for Americans the invitation letter comes from the hiring company and what they were calling the official invitation letter was actually the work permit that the Chinese government signs off on when the hiring company presents the invitation letter. There’s too much to explain any further in detail, the visa travel pro team didn’t seem very professional and I won’t be using the service again and I will be posting a negative Google review.
