I am planning a trip to China in the spring, which requires a Chinese travel visa. Normally, this means a trip to one of the five Chinese embassies/consulates in the U.S. to submit the many documents and then a wait of four days, if all goes well, before retrieving one's passport and visa. For me, that's a costly proposition, so I went to Trustpilot to see whether I could find a reputable company that could handle the application process for a reasonable fee. Travel Visa Pro had excellent reviews and was extremely inexpensive, as well. Following their instructions, I got my documents together and started the process. TVP reviewed my application and sent me a couple of additional forms as well, although I had not expected such service given the tier of service I had chosen. They submitted my documents and I received my passport and visa yesterday, well within the timespan promised. I highly recommend Travel Visa Pro and will use them again if I ever need another visa.
TVP mailed the documents to DC with the funds from the initial charge, however, requested additional funds to mail the Passport back.

Travel visa pro was so helpful in getting us our passports last minute. We already had a vacation to Europe planned, all the tickets booked, leaving in one week when we realized our passports expired the month before. Travel visa pro was able to overnight everything, we had our passports back within four days. They were great at communicating and making sure every step was done properly so we wouldn’t encounter any problems. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
It was great but communication could hav been better. For example, after submitting docs communication did not happen nor was the portal updated with the status of my passaport. At one point I was also told the wrong eta for my passaport and didn’t find until I called to find the status.
