We ordered 4 v-neck shirts from them. The online process was easy, the order arrived in a timely matter. When we opened the box, all 4 shirts were not v-neck but a round neckline. In the box was a new catalog which I checked again to make sure I ordered the correct item, which I did. I called the company and was told that item was discontinued. I looked at the website and the v-neck showed there as well. I was told that the website and catalog was incorrect. I was not notified that the item wasn't available and that different items were being charged and shipped to me. The customer service representative did say he would give me the shipping back as a credit but he only offered this after I asked what they would do to make it right. The quality of the item is good, I feel there are parts of their business that needs attention. Thank you

They sold me exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased with that. The problem I have is the shipping charges. I purchased a $15.99 hat and had to pay over $17 shipping!? Lower your shipping charges to match what you are shipping.
Shipping cost was excessive $33 to ship from Washington to Oregon for less than 10lbs.

Rain pants and coats are fine, pockets on pants do not seal and let rain in. Shirts were a bad purchase on my part, the 3M tape is sewn on and constricts too much. That's my mistake, usually I spend $28 each for shirts with sprayed on Hi-Vis but allow movement

Will never buy a thing from them again they shipped my order of 2 items that i payed for at the same time seperately which made me have to pay for the import tax twice not to mention that they shipped the 2 items 2 weeks apart from each other
