Once I got the right person I was helped ... would have been nice to see answers online without help. The website does not show if the item will go on backorder. Once notice was sent it didn't give an eta so had to take daytime to make a phone call -- on the first call, the receptionist sent to unmanned voicemail so had to dial back again. Items were shipped separately which was okay.

Received my items as ordered, however, received someone else's invoice inside the packing instead of my own. Still trying to get my own invoice to provide to my employer for reimbursement.

When I messed up order online . I called the next day and they fixed it. Got my order and everything was perfect. Took my raincoat to work. Everyone wants one told them to go to tsasafety.com. I am shopping here again so is my co-workers.
