I had to order 10 items from IKEA but their delivery date was 3 weeks too late. Google search brought me to Transport Masters. Reading good reviews I decided to go for them. I asked for 10 items to be delivered on a Saturday between 8:00 to 10:00 am. Alex, the driver, called me on Friday evening and asked if I can receive the delivery on Friday evening at 8:00pm . I accommodated his request and he was at the door at 8:30pm. Our building has strict rules for noise which I had already told Alex in advance. Although Alex was very helpful, he also had to bring along his 2 year old son to work. The poor kid had to deal with unknown faces (me and my wife) and his dad disappearing wth large boxes. Did not help with the noise situation and scared the kid. Full marks to Alex for his commitment to work and family life! Would definitely use the service again, although, always during the day time!

Called at 9am, and had goods picked up from ikea and delivered early afternoon.

Very reliable and professional. My Ikea order was purchased in store by the company and delivered to my home all on the very same day. No waiting for Ikea to process and dispatch!! Thumbs up all round!
