Alex was brilliant, diligent in carrying heavy items, knowledgeable in finding the best ways to fit everything in the van and very careful with protecting the more sensitive items. No damage at all happened and we fit the contents of a studio flat in the massive van. 3 hours booked and did the job in exactly 3 hours. Highly recommended!

This was a fantastic service! I used transport masters for IKEA buy and deliver. I needed a piece of furniture that was running low on stock and couldn’t get to the store myself for a few days. After posting the enquiry at 7.30am, I received confirmation at 9am, purchase and delivery by 1pm - from Croydon to delivery in South West London. The driver called me from the store to suggest an alternative to one element which was already out of stock, ensuring that I have everything that I needed. I was kept well informed throughout - thank you!

This is the second time I've used Transport Masters for an IKEA Buy & Deliver service, and the second time that Alex has done the honours for me. I'm very impressed with the speed of the service (I ordered Sunday evening, and several bulky and heavy items were delivered Monday evening...!), the price is frankly a bargain compared to the cost of hiring a van and doing this ourselves, and Alex is great to work with. He kept me up to date on progress and timings, and quickly and without fuss delivered everything in to our 27th floor apartment without me crossing the front door. Highly recommend!

What a great service. Showed up at expected time (actually a bit earlier after checking with me over the phone). Super friendly, polite and tidy service. My wardrobe looks amazing. My only regret is not having used them to get the ikea stuff picked (I used instead the ikea delivery service). Can only recommend !

Service is great. Would have been best though if I was charged only for the hours I used the service. I booked for 2.5hrs just in case there's traffic along the way. Although I ended up only using less than 2 hrs, I was still charged for 2.5hrs instead of the minimum 2hrs they implement. But driver and service was fine overall.

I faced all manner of complications and difficulties with a recent house purchase, with the final nail in the coffin being that I couldn't book a removals firm. A colleague recommended Transport Masters (the only firm taking bookings) but they were only available from 9am - 12pm. I gambled on something working out and went for it. Alex and Nazar arrived that morning and just calmly worked their way through our flat, loading up our belongings. They knew the difficulties I'd faced and after contacting their next job, were able to stay a while longer. We completed, but had to wait for the keys. They had to leave for their next job and looked genuinely unhappy at leaving us behind with the job only half done: *all* our possessions were outside our new home! Alex promised to contact the office to see if someone else was available. It started to rain gently and I wondered if my gamble had paid off. Mercifully, someone else was available - William, whose arrival coincided with the clouds parting and the sun shining! He and I spent another three hours clearing the remainder of stuff at our old place and then hefting everything into our new place: white goods, sofas and a ton of boxes (possibly literally). I cannot thank Alex, Nazar, William and Transport Masters enough. We love our new place and it simply couldn't have happened without their unrelenting efforts that day.

I discovered Transport Masters three years ago when I was moving into my first London apartment and needed help getting stuff from Ikea to my flat. Since then I have engaged their services for several other Ikea pick-ups, as well as several full-flat moves, and it's always been great. If they are running behind by even 10 minutes, they'll give you a call to let you know. They're friendly, efficient, and A+ masters at packing an amazing amount of stuff into a small space. Do not hesitate to hire these guys–they won't let you down.

This was my first ever booking with Transport Masters, and I used their man with a van service for an Ikea pick up and transport of a couple of other items. I was delighted from start to finish, from the initial contact with Jay who dealt with my enquiry and booking - he was extremely courteous and professional and understood exactly what I needed. The excellent service continued with Alex the driver, who turned up on time, was organised, knew what I needed help with and went above and beyond to assist my move. Moving can be a very stressful experience, and I wasn't really looking forward to it. These guys just made it so easy, stress free and enjoyable, and all at a very competitive price. Having been messed around previously with another company which I won't name, I didn't think to call Transport Masters who I previously used. I spoke with Jay who assured me the the job will be carried out at my expected time and gave instruction what to expect after, ie email of confirmation and the name of the guys who will carry out the job. Kundayi and Alex were excellent and outdone themselves, They carried out all that was needed on time and efficiently, even the bed that needed assembling was put together in a better condition than previously done. They took their time to make sure everything was in perfect condition like it ws their own goods. Extremely polite, friendly and they told me what they were planning to do each step of the way.
