I've been using Transglobal for a few years however of late they have been absolutely appalling. I sent a parcel with them and its just been sitting at their depot since Monday. When I emailed to find out what the delay was they said it was delayed due to enhanced security checks, however on checking with Fedex they disputed this so called security check. When I challenged TG on this they then said 'oh theres a massive weeklong backlog and that the item was in the FedEx warehouse but hadn't been scanned. Again I called Fedex and they said it would be impossible for the parcel to enter their warehouse unscanned due to security measures they have to take. I went back to TG and challenged them on this and they have doubled down on both 'excuses' now and maintain that Fedex has my package despite the tracking info showing it has not left the TG warehouse since Monday 5pm when it was scanned in by the TG courier. I'm now having to bring Fedex into the numerous email conversations as my parcel is now missing and the last place it was recorded at is the TG Depot in Hayes. I have now received another update from Laura who states this which I find highly implausible considering parcels require an electronic footprint each time they enter/exit a warehouse otherwise no one would ever receive their delivery due to parcels being stolen or intercepted: Good Afternoon, Thanks for confirming, to clarify, we have a daily FedEx collection from our warehouse in Hayes, our regular FedEx drivers have advised all shipments booked through third party companies are delayed due to additional security checks. Our warehouse team have advised that shipments from the 25th onwards have been sent with FedEx, however, are not yet scanning. -------------------------------------------------------------- This response is absurd considering my parcel is still showing as sitting in your warehouse, it never left. I have the tracking from previous shipments that show a scan time/date by fedex when they collect the parcel from the TG Hayes depot. If there is a daily collection why is my parcel still in your warehouse on Thursday? TG are a nightmare to deal with and give blatantly false or misleading information to avoid taking responsibility for parcel misplacement/delays. Instead they pass the blame off onto the courier company, this time being Fedex. Update: Current tracking: Monday, September 30, 2024 Description Location Images 17:16 Processed at Origin Depot Transglobal (London) View image As above tracking shows, My parcel is still missing, it’s been four days and tracking shows my parcel is and never left the transglobal depot in Hayes. I spent all of yesterday trying to locate my parcel however transglobal continue to blame FedEx despite FedEx saying and providing proof that they have not received the parcel. 04/10/24 New Update: Hi Neil, Having just spoken to customer service I was informed that this backlog issue has been going on for over a week now, and despite Transglobal being fully aware of this your CEO has only today gotten involved. I understand that there are pallets of parcels just sitting unscanned in Fedex Feltham warehouse meaning that hundreds of your customers parcels have been sitting there for over a week. TG have continuously mislead throughout this process. I believe there's been countless complaints yet your CEO has only today gotten involved, but also theres no resolution, pallets are going to just sit in the depot all weekend & I'll only get an update on Monday? TG has a duty to inform customers of delays but you continued to process shipments through Fedex instead of offering an alternative shipper who didn't have numerous pallets of parcels sitting in a warehouse unscanned. I paid for express 2 day shipping & the parcel hasn't even been processed let alone left the UK. I should have been given the option of a refund and return of my package so I could use an alternative shipper on Tuesday. Instead you continued to mislead and fob me off. Unacceptable under any circumstances, Perhaps a bit of transparency from the outset would have been the right way to handle this and I wouldn't have felt compelled to post a review on TG and this absolute S-Show.

Very badly handled and still waiting for the delivery of family photos in frames and a few family gifts. Dispute with size and weight after they picked up the box and upon reaching its destination country DHL who a partners of Transglobal express are held the box for an unknown reason and not responding to my emails explaining why is there hold up although we paid unjustified additinal charges. I will never use them again.

I needed a quote to send a photo to the USA. I contacted Live Chat and was connected to Lyndsey. She gave me all the options available, and was very helpful and polite throughout. I always receive a great service from Transglobal Express and will continue to use them.

Had to send 2 international shipments so had a lot of commodity codes to find which I really struggled with I called and Ayisha helped me through the process wich took some time. She was so helpfully nothing was to much trouble. cant thank her enough for all the help today.

Where to start. Just really not worth the hassle, thought we'd save a few quid on shipping but they ended up shipping orders to the wrong people, they don't automatically refund unused shipping labels, they expect you to do all of the leg work - just avoid and go direct with the couriers.

Encouraged to use a 'new' contract provider UPS.& shipment has been stationary in Miami since 11 September (8 days). Parcel was collected from Colchester to go to Montserrat BWI Previously used FedEx with no problems. Door to door 7days maximum Tracking number not recognised by UPS so no clue where shipment is currently! 19September.

So far TG have been an economic and reliable service provider - the recent addition of a £4.95 surcharge for collections under £25 in value is a bit of a bummer though and the only reason for not giving them 5 stars.

I have sold online for many years. Used a variety of sevices. Transglobal are by far the best. No one comes close. Open an account today, you won't regret it.

Shipment to Australia delayed by customs in USA. Apparently that is due to UPS routing. Next time I will make sure that the package is sent via DHL who have always performed well.
