Placed order. Wasn't informed goods were out of stock. Phoned two weeks later to find out they were waiting for the goods to come in from their supplier. Was told they would be in within 4 days and that that was a good estimate. left it another week and a half. No goods. Phoned again, no one avaliable to talk to so left a message. No one rang me back. Phoned again and was given the same info about waiting for goods to come in from supplier. Cancelled my order. Shabby outfit. Poor service. Hope they go bust.

I ordered a roll of 2000 double-sided sticky tabs. It's an excellent website, easy to navigate and I found exactly what I was looking for. Prices very competitive and delivery prompt and as promised. The bit that wasn't quite so good was the packaging. The sticky tabs are in a large roll and were packed in a flat box which was deeper than the roll. So in transit, the roll had become unravelled and the centre had fallen out. A tedious job to sort out! If the packaging could be sorted out, I'd give 5 stars.

I bought a file sander (Makita 9032) from Tooltray because they were the cheapest I could find on the internet - there is enormous variation in the price of this tool, with some sites charging 50% more. Ordering was simple, and they were helpful in letting me know about dispatch and the tool arrived promptly. A straightforward and pleasant purchasing experience.

Fast prompt delivery of a quality piece of machinery. Expensive compared to others on the market, but you get what you pay for. I want to avoid mechanical breakdowns on site. This chuck converter is my second from Tooltray and is equal to the first. When I need fast reliable delivery, Tooltray provides it.
