No instruction manual ,all packing loose under machine ,obviously had been unpacked prior to dispatch and not repacked properly.. Luckily arrived in good condition. Wonderful machine with all the safety features required. Quite heavy for one man to move. Very good value for money.

So I ordered a strimmer and it never came. I left messages (they never pick up) none answered. I sent emails, no response. I found the head office of SIG PLC (who is the main company) and emailed the director I think and I had a response from them saying they'd get someone to respond to me. Finally got a response saying its out of stock for the next two months. I cancelled and was refunded. This process wasted 2 weeks of my time and if I hadn't have emailed above tool tray then I'd probably still be waiting. This story echo's the other online reviews but I tell you this for sure, don't bother. Go to b&q or homebase. Oh and they say the phones are fixed in the below comment. I can assure you I called again to check that and guess what? Voice mail.

I ordered a strimmer and received my order confirmation email, no issues there. A week passed and I had no delivery or dispatch information. I tried calling ToolTray but I could only ever reach an answerphone, which was very worrying! On emailing them I entered into a rather confusing email exchange with one of the reps there who assured me the product would be with me shortly. This employee, by the way, was also unreachable by the phone number on her email signature. She seemed surprised that I could not reach a human on any phone number I called but did not offer to loon into it. Eventually they discovered the item I had ordered had never been in stock and after a few days I was able to receive a full refund. All in all it was a bizarre ordering experience, when you normally deal with Amazon it was a very strange experience indeed. I'm grading 1 star for the following reasons: -If a product is not in stock, tell me before I pay you, it was a total waste of my time when I needed a strimmer for the weekend (and 10 days later realising you didn't even have one in stock.) -If you advertise phone numbers on your website and on employees email signatures, ensure they go to humans not answerphones (I tried around 10 times on 3 different days on both phone numbers.) -Improve internal order information for staff, there is no reason I should have been told my order would be arriving the next week when it was clear the item was never in stock in the first place.

Delivery late and no communication advising of delay. Frustrating, would rather have paid a bit more and be sure goods arrived quicker.

The equipment I ordered is fine. There was a delay in delivery to me because tooltray did not have any in stock when they were paid. It did not matter too much in my case but it was a bit naughty.

Very helpful assistant followed by a quick despatch. The cartridge filter I need was out-of-stock at many other places. I'll call here first , next time.

It turned out the chain saw I ordered is no longer available. Tooltray let me know this would cause a delay but that they would deliver the new replacement model at same price. It arrived on the day promised.

I received the 12 piece chisel set in a wooden box and it had a dent in the outside cardboard box, and a hole in the wooden box.....not happy.

Goods ordered 9 working days ago and have still not arrived. Can not speak to anyone over the telephone, just an answerphone.

Not received my order yet, still apparently waiting for stock on the 3 items I ordered 2 weeks ago. On a positive note Emily from customer service has been in touch every step of the way and is very pleasant. Maybe remove the items if they are not in stock to stop this happening and promote Emily for having her finger on the pulse
