I can't recommend Tonergiant enough! I've always received great customer service and support along with getting my printer cartridges the following day, and their prices are fantastic! Don't waste your money and time going to any other company! :)

Firstly be careful Toner giant and Net giant are the same company !! My advice is to use another company there are plenty out there. I purchased various compatible toners, don't get issues with them that often, but had three that were faulty, they are leaving thick black lines on the page when printing. I contacted the company about the toners, have provided proof of the toners being faulty but they are still messing me around asking for different info every day, rather than ask for it in one go. First it was evidence of the print outs, next day it was evidence of the batch numbers, next day proof of toner status. They obviously don't want to replace, and this has been going on for 3-4 days. I would not recommend using this company.

Don't even want to give this company one star! Absolute shambles. Their compatible toners are basically not fit for purpose and my business has now been left without a printer for over 2 weeks with them giving me incorrect advice and getting me to order even more things to try and fix their error! Still waiting for a refund now. There's loads of competition out there, so use one that actually cares when you've spent a few grand with them on toners and printers!

Ordered a cartridge early last Tuesday morning relying on a promise of next day delivery. Credit card debited immediately. Chased on Thursday but only received automated reply. Eight days later no sign of cartridge so have cancelled order. Worst service I've ever received online. Ordered elsewhere yesterday and have received today! UPDATE Received an apologetic email from Stephanie explaining why my Thursdays email had not been replied to (admin mix up) and offering to both refund my card AND give me the cartridge free. It transpires part of the problem was because I had failed to provide full details of my delivery address though why this had not been queried earlier was not explained. Despite the inconvenience the delay has caused me I would be prepared to give TG the benefit of the doubt as their prices are excellent.

Hi, I’ve come onto write a review regarding toner giants service. Ok so after looking around for toner to fit my printer, I found toner giants prices very reasonable, so went with them! With this being my first ever purchase of toner I was unfamilar with which one was the best and compatible for my printer. I phoned customer service, and found they went above and beyond in helping me choosing the correct product. So polite, friendly and attentive. The toner came really quickly and we’ll packaged. Very happy customer!!

I've used TG for nearly 10 years...wow a decade! In that 10 years a lot has changed, had 2 kids, got married, moved house, moved jobs...1 thing that hasn't changed is my supplier. I find they're competitive on price, not always the cheapest but the most reliable!!! I place an order, always arrives next day. I use their own make products now as they're so much more cost effective than the HP version. I get a 2 year warranty...2 years!!!! (that's what you get with a car) I've only ever had one issue with a faulty HP toner, called TG replaced the next day! Simply amazing! Can not rate this company enough...here's to another decade.
