Super helpful woman on customer services who checked which ink my friend's printer needed. I can't recall whether it was on this occasion or the time before that the required ink wasn't available. The lady went out of her way to find an alternative and we were offered the same discount. I'd award 11 out of 10 to this sales assistant for being b oth helpful and pleasant.

Excellent Service

I chose Toner Giant as you had next day delivery. Ordered Wednesday within required time for next day delivery, order was accepted on webpage, but no confirmation was received. Had to call to check. Next day pm I was concerned as no delivery, so called again to find order had not shipped, but would instead be with me Friday! Had to get upgraded to AM delivery as was out Friday PM. Not a very good start. Most likely would not use you again.

The “compatible” toner didn’t work. The replacement toner didn’t work. Lots of back and forth to get it collected (didn’t come when they said they would, did turn up when I told them I was on holiday and eventually came as promised). They’ve got their toner back but I still don’t have my £176 back. They think they might manage to do it next week. Such a disappointing service from a highly rated company.

Steph provided magnificent support. I received today a replacement toner cartridge for my Canon laser printer after I emailed Steph that I had broken the original cartridge sent last week when trying to insert it into the printer.Thanks, Steph!

I had to chase my order as it didn't arrive in the first two days. It seems that although the ordering system believed that all the products requested were in stock, the reality was that this wasn't the case and the order had been put on hold, presumably until all the products were available and could be shipped together. Why it took myself chasing the order to pass this information to the customer is beyond me, a simple email to say that the stock wasn't available would have meant that I could have made other arrangements. The quality of the product when it did arrive was mixed. I went for the recycled ink cartridges, just to be a bit eco-friendly; the magenta and yellow were excellent from the first print, the cyan and black though were very poor, the black especially which still isn't right after probably 12 or 13 test pages. For the difference in price, I'll be sticking to OEM product in the future. The only reason I've given the second star is for the fantastic human customer service that I received when chasing my order. I didn't catch the guy's name but well done, you just saved your company from a one star rating.

Due to spiralling prices of toner, I have had to look around for better deals. Tried Tonergiant for the first time. Best price that I could find. The toner was in stock and was delivered the next day.

Great. Yellow toner took a while to arrive, but it arrived next day after a reminder. No complaints.
