Theoretically, it could be great, but in practice, it just adds so many headaches and causes so many disputes. I'd say it's false economy if ever it existed.

About Tipalti, I must say it has one of the worst customer services I have ever encountered in my life. Don't even try it. They either don't answer or simply send generic answers. The forms they have created are full of errors and glitches; you can't even enter basic information. Honestly, I didn't even think such companies still operated to this day.

A user of Tipalti for a Small - Medium size global company. Our accounts payable department has been the same size for the past 2 years since we implemented Tipalti. Despite an increase in both freelancers and employees in other departments. Our small finance team has allow to scale using Tipalti - automating invoices quickly 24/7 to reduce human errors which cost companies time and money. I saw a below negative review stating Tipalti held their funds for a week - however my company deposits funds to Tipalti regularly and never have Tipalti held on to the funds nor has any gone missing. Their Customer Service help desk has never taken more than 1 working day to respond to our enquires. Overall - I highly recommend Tipalti.

Unfortunately, Tipalti has been an extremely difficult experience for our team since day 1. Admins cannot build custom reports (they charge you for those), and cannot add custom fields or adjust fields for an integration to NetSuite. Our environment is plagued with "False Positive" errors that are constant and need to be cleared as a daily chore. Their customer support is quick to blame our team and NetSuite for their own system errors. Support frequently does not have answers and will wait weeks for a reply from their Eng teams. Their Eng teams do not show any urgency with customer issues, and do not communicate well internally (frequently misleading their own support team). We've had a ticket open for 10 months that they are still investigating. Save yourself a lot of money and time, and trust another solution.

Terrible customer support, they send generic copy paste responses despite sending multiple emails and support tickets. Worst experience!

Email spammers!! A month ago I started receiving emails from this company. I have never given them my email, I don't even know who they are. Sending marketing emails to people who have not explicitly asked for them is illegal now.

Tipalti hold my funds nearly a week. My funds from my honeygain account. They cannot pay me to my PayPal from Thailand. They said the funds will be send back to my honeygain account and now nearly a week they not reply to me again. They can collect the funds in a second but they need a year to send back ? I think they are not serious, customers services is bad .

From what I can tell through my experiences with this company, they are a transaction middle man. They get a request to pay a client and send a payment link through paypal. The problem with this is the response time for any type of problem takes several days to get a response, they refer you back to the company they are contracted under, and you get stuck in a feedback loop for several days trying to fix a problem as simple as a dead link. This is incredibly frustrating and I implore you to avoid companies similar to this one. I'm (somewhat) sure these companies allow legal loopholes to be exploited by acting as a middle man for financial transactions hence the lack of support staff to increase company profit.

Completei 20$ do honeygain, fui fazer o resgate pelo tipalti e não finaliza o processo página dando erro, informa que os dados ao foral validados pelo paypal, entrei em.contato com paypal meus dados estão corretos, e fica esse jogo de empurra a quase 15 dias e ninguém resolve .
