My old clock had stopped ticking Step in ‘Timeshop4you’ And now I want to crow out loud “Clock-a-doodle do!”

Ordered a citizen eco drive mens watch , it arrived a few days later as expected , and the watch is ideal for my needs , would use this company again

Will not honour their extended warranty. Watch out of manufacturer guarantee, in immaculate condition and hardly worn but they still insisted watch needed complete replacement of mechanism because in their words " I had mishandled the watch" Citizen in Germany not much better. Timeshop4you are based in Germany so any manufacturer input will not be UK based. Avoid purchasing from them, you will be disappointed....Predictable response to this review received from Timeshop4you ...any future purchasers beware, you have been warned ⚠️ Citizen and presumably other manufacturer's guarantees are shorter, as item counts as purchased in EU not UK, despite Timeshop4you having a UK email address and their retailer warranty will not be honoured, as I have found to my cost.UPDATE Watch is now working perfectly. Whatever was wrong with it, so glad I didn't pay the 100 pounds that Timeshop4you stated was needed to replace the entire mechanism. Disgusting service from this company

Arrived on time and in great condition. Communication good throughout. Was able to claim back EU import duty as a personal purchase although it was difficult to find out you could do this

Because I live in Bermuda I was very apprehensive about buying from a company that was geographically located halfway around the world from me. I’ve been trying to replace my Haller anniversary clock which I’ve had for over 25 years with no luck, until I accidentally stumbled across the Timeshop4you website. I found what I was looking for and decided to take a chance and order from them I need not have worried, my order was promptly shipped and any questions that I had were addressed immediately despite the time difference. My clock arrived in less than two weeks and was everything that I had hoped for thank you Timeshop4you you’re the best.

The clock is just what I wanted, it replaced a very old Seiko alarm clock. It is very quite and I can see the time at night by pressing the snooze button. It arrived on time and weel packed, I am very pleased with it.

The customer service people are prompt to reply and very polite. The clock I purchased was listed as "in stock" online but once the order was placed and I requested a status, I was told it was actually "backordered". Ordered 11/14 - notified of backorder status 1/07 - shipped 12/17 - received 1/4/22. However, this is not particularly unusual or upsetting due to the normal Christmas / end-of-year surge for all online retailers. My distress is with the actual clock I received. It differs in two ways from the image shown on the company website: there is no longer a decorative brass piece on top on the bell and the Arabic numerals that are displayed along with the roman numerals at every quarter hour in the image are also missing. Visually the clock just looks like a "reduced cost" version of the model shown. While such changes are the manufacturer's responsibility it IS the retailer's responsibility to be sure what is advertised is what ships. Even though my initial communication with Timeshop included a website link to the exact model I did not get that. Nice people - just be sure to confirm that what you see on the website is EXACTLY what will be shipped. Being told afterward that the incorrect image "will be replaced" is no consolation.

The item keeps great time? Have nothing bad to say it also looks nice where it is thank's.

Be very carful when ordering from this site! You think it is in the UK but in fact are in Germany. Do your home work before buying, you think you are getting a bargain but you will end up paying more because of the duty you have to pay. Of course they will blame Brexit but they should pay the duty their end if they want returning customers.

We have waited quite a while for our clock but it was worth waiting for ! We absolutely love it! It is stunning! It was packaged very well too. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this company

I have had my clock for just over two months and am pleased with my purchase. I had initial problems with the delay of the item and a problem with the insertion of the battery but I am now more than happy that it is on my living room wall keeping accurate timing. Money well spent.

I received my clock today and couldn't be happier with it. I received an email stating it would be delayed, as the firm weren't entirely happy with the clock the manufacturer had sent and had returned it for a replacement. I was kept informed at every stage and as soon as it was received it was posted immediately to me here in Northern Ireland. I was only charged postage, no hidden extras and it was so carefully packaged in a box inside a box and covered in bubble wrap I could hardly get into it! It is really lovely and so completely different to anything I could buy here. I have had it on my wish list for a couple of years as to me it is a considered purchase, but I'm so glad I went for it. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment from it. I can easily recommend this company without any hesitation as my transaction was hassle free.
