Lovely clock, but after paying postage fees already, I was shocked to find I would have to pay nearly £60 in customs fees. This should have been made more apparent when buying.
I have purchased several clocks from yourselves, and always find the services first class. delivery is fast and the products top notch. will buy more products in the future
Beautiful clock, the picture does not do it justice. It is tasteful, classy and really high quality. Just love it! It was packaged with the ultimate care, to travel safely to me. Great clock, great service and delivery. Highly recommended. I live in Scotland, and I wasn’t charged anything extra after checkout. No hidden fees to pay.
Casio WVA-M650D-1AER Men's watch. The Casio watch (WVA-M650D-1AER) that I ordered was £142.90 included £23.82 VAT and £5.00 delivery. The watch was held up by Parcel-Force due to a customs charge of £41.22. This customs charge included import VAT of £28.93. So not happy with paying VAT twice as well other custom charges. The Timeshop4you website does not mention these extra customs and VAT charges.
Quick to order, delivery was swift, packaged well, very happy.
Clock was not delivered from the post office in Inverness until I paid £43 customs tax - I was totally unaware that there would be a further £43 charge over and above what I paid for clock. Maybe this should be pointed out in the adverts - also I am Scottish and definitely did not vote for Brexit!

Browsing online for a Junkers watch. Came across this site which had a better deal than direct from the Juner.com website. The order was placed and was here from Germany after about 1 week in perfect condition and the end price was cheaper than if I had bought from the maker's site.

Mantel clock ordered on December 20 for a 60th birthday gift in early March. No confirmation email received so contacted them beginning of January to confirm order was received and being processed, which they confirmed. No clock by beginning of Feb, so contacted them again to confirm dispatch and delivery tracking number. No response. Tried another email address, was asked to provide order number which I did. Emailed a further two times for an update and no response received. Today I get an email to say that the clock I ordered TWO MONTHS ago is out of stock and they’ve had to reorder it so it won’t be delivered until March! Not acceptable given how much time in advance I had ordered the clock to ensure delivery by the deadline. Absolutely disgusted at the lack of communication and poor service of this company. Have requested a refund which I am fully entitled to, given the fact that I have no product and their 100 day satisfaction guarantee - well I am 0% satisfied so should make this easy enough. Paid through PayPal for this reason and have raised a case against them for the money back. Total waste of time and money.
