They are quality and fast and super customer service thank you .
Amazing service, tiles were delivered on time and good customer Service will be using in future
Basically my experience exactly the same as other reviews who have had broken tiles on delivery. My Wife dealt with the ordering and took delivery as i was at work. She said delivery guy was pleasent enough dropped the pallet as far up the drive as he could and then basically took off like lightening, no mention of i'll wait while you check the tiles etc, my Wife is disabled so there was no way she was going to get out there in time to stop him and i think the only way to do that would have been to throw herself in front of the truck!!. I checked them all and brought them indoors when i got home. As predicted, 1 of the pattern tiles missing and 8 tiles in total broken which wouldnt be so bad but these tiles are the big 300mm x 600mm ones. As also predicted and as others have said Tilezone not interested saying we should have checked at the time. She sent all the photos i took etc but nothing. Shame really because Tilezone she said were great at advising which tiles were comparable to the ones she really wanted etc, and getting express delivery, but once they are on the driveway thats the end of it, and unless you are clever and manage to get the drivers keys out the ignition, unwrap a whole pallets worth of tiles, check each one individually within 20 mins for damages and count them all, becomes a highly stressful task for a disabled person especially and with an impatient driver putting added pressure on. Tilezone are relying on warehouses nationwide and distribution companies to fulfill the orders for them, most of the reason for our breakages were poorly packaged and wet boxes, the warehouse had left them out in the rain whilst packaging them which caused the cardboard boxes protecting them to rot, also they had taken a couple out of boxes to make up the number and just placed on top without any wrap or box to protect, this delivery model works perfect for somebody like Amazon, who have such vast buying power that the distribution companies would never cross them when it comes to returned or damaged goods. Tilezone are not Amazon though and this doesnt work for smaller companies where the truck companies dictate to them especially on deliveries of ceramic tiles there are bound to be breakages coming all the way from Leeds to London, probably being transferred between vehicles 3 or 4 times before reaching end destination. Tilezone are cheaper than the local tile centres we could have gone to but honestly its not worth the bad feeling your left with, its only 3 boxes of tiles and now to order fromTilezone and get express delivery is £55.00 just for delivery, with no guarantees these wont be broken either. They are quite unusual tiles so not just a case of popping down B & Q etc. So basically i now have a 3 hour round trip to a stockist on the South coast who has them but at least i know when i pick them up they are all intact and our tiler wont run out or hold the project up etc. There are other internet tile warehouses online where u have 48 hours to show breakages and they either refund or re-ship them to you. I wish i had done that research 1st so lesson learned once again at 52 years old. To sum up....Great company to deal with, friendly, knowlegeable, great prices, quick delivery. Shocking delivery set up, relying on 3rd party warehouses and 3rd party hauliers where its almost impossible to keep on top of quality control. Lastly, once its been delivered its like buying a 2nd hand car in the 80's when they used to write on the invoice " sold as seen, no warranty implied or given ". Only use them if they are at least 40% cheaper than your local tile centre and double check your local tile centre has them in stock so you can get the damaged ones that Tilezone delivered, replaced quickly. You probably still will save money doing that way, or you could go Topps or Boyden tiles in the 1st place pay a little extra for a better service, put your feet up and have a cup of tea. As it stands for me, paid for a service, wasnt supposed to be difficult, has become an absolute drama, where i now have a 3 hour round trip to collect and pay for some tiles that i have already paid for to include delivery anyway. I have a kitchen and downstairs toilet renovation coming up in the new year, i think Topps tiles may be getting a call on that one, seriously i dont need the hassle of all this to be honest, wished i'd just gone somewhere local and collected some less unusual ones myself in the 1st place.
Great service fast delivery best quality customer service brilliant
Great service very helpful, super value and fast delivery with no damaged tiles.
The tiles were what I expected. On arrival nothing was broken delivery was fast. The tiles are of good quality and look amazing in my bathroom. The price was excellent when comparing with other companies selling similar tiles Well done
Avoid. They don’t reply. Take ages to refund you have to constantly chase. 40% of the tiles we ordered arrived damaged . Rubbish quality. When you cut them they just chip.
The tiles were good
I wouldn’t order from this company. They sent broken tiles and when I asked for replacements they said they don’t usually do it but would do out of hood will. How are you supposed to complete project with not enough tiles that aren’t damaged I asked them. They eventually sent out more - again damaged and have ignored all my calls and emails since. I have reported to trading standards but if I were you as a customer I’d steer clear!
Great Price and Quality with quick delivery
The tiles came ahead of schedule and were super quality. They were nicer than the photos and look amazing installed.
The only place I could get same kitchen wall tiles from as my kichen wall tiles were discontinued as there we installed around 10 years ago .complete my new extension with the new tiles received from TileZone . I was lucky enough to get the last batch of tiles even after 10 years getting the same tiles I was one lucky person thank you to TileZone I didn't have to remove the old tiles as I just added on to new extension.
Excellent delivery no broken tiles, fantastic colour. No problems at all.
Overall satisfied not major issues ....only delivery charge can be reduced.
Just wanted to thank you for the A start service and prompt delivery .. a pleasure to deal with start to finish and all the tiles I ordered arrived promptly and without damages. Keep up the good work and thank you for the outstanding service and tiles.
Faulty tiles and an attitude that stinks. They tried to blame the shipper but these tiles were damaged in the factory, I have never delt with such an intransigent company who will not admit when they are wrong or even compromise
I would use Tile Zone again and recommend for really good value for money. Delivery was also quite prompt, but by The Pallet Network, so beware that when TZ say the tiles are "out for delivery" it means they've passed them to TPN whom it is wise to then contact if you want to know the actual delivery date and window. So overall a very good service.
Nice tiles, quick delivery
Fast delivery. There were some broken tiles which they were happy to replace.
Would highly recommend, delivered exactly as expected. Competitive price and now look amazing in my new kitchen.
