Ordered tiles on two occasions, for my kitchen and my conservatory. The quality and design of the tiles is superb, but my second delivery contained more than half of the tiles completely smashed. The tiles were replaced very quickly but the delivery company weren't prepared to take back the pallet or broken tiles, so I was left with the problem of having to dispose of a pallet and a load of broken tiles. I would, however use Tilezone again because of the quality of their products.

Great Customer Service provided form one of the staff call Imran. Great quality tiles. I ordered twice - 175 floor tiles and 200 wall tiles.

I ordered 13 large format tiles and they were delivered promptly, all intact. I was impressed with the packaging, as it was well secured on a pallet and Tile Zone added an extra tile for free just in case one would break. None were broken but the extra tile came in handy. Great quality tiles, look really posh and good customer service!

I really hope that online customers see this before placing your order. Please listen to the other reviews similar to this also I wish I had have seen them before ordering. Once the order was in my basket and not paid for they are very fast to check about placing the order, however communication gets worse from there on in. I placed an order for tiles on Thursday 20/11/24. I paid for next day delivery. I was informed by TileZone the morning of the Friday 21st that the delivery would not be made until the following Monday due to the delivery company. I didn’t have an issue with this at all these things happen. However, I got home that evening to find the tile delivery was on my driveway. I got in contact with TileZone straight away to let them know, as I hadn’t had the opportunity to check through the tiles as I was informed it wasn’t arriving. There were a total of 6 damaged tiles in the pack. However I managed to use 4 of them for cuts so I only asked for 2 to be replaced. After endless chasing and emails and excuses blaming the haulage company, they sent me 2 new tiles 20 days later. I was told to ensure I check the delivery upon arrival. I checked the tiles to find the 2 replacement tiles very damaged. I checked through with the delivery driver and signed for the delivery as damaged on the delivery note as per the terms and conditions. It states “5) Please sign for as damaged on the driver's electronic device or delivery note, in any event of any damages where signing is possible” I did exactly the process required by signing on the delivery note with instruction from the driver. They then went on to tell me that I hadn’t followed policy because the FIRST delivery wasn’t signed for as damaged, even though they told me it wasn’t arriving not giving me the opportunity to. The second delivery they tried to say I didn’t follow policy. Even though I signed the delivery note as damaged as asked requested on the policy and as per the drivers instructions. After pointing out to them that their policy states this they have cut off communication. They have not replied to my last 8 WhatsApp messages reading them and not replying. Also all emails since pointing this out. I place around 2 tile orders per month for business purposes, always open to trying new suppliers. This was my first order with this company and it’ll certainly be the last unless this is resolved.

Professional service, great products and value. Husband ordered 14 pieces of Marmo Onyx Black Polished Porcelain tile 600x1200, very good price compare to our local tile shop. High quality, delivered safe and on time. Had these tiles in our living room ,’wow ‘ factor from visitors. Very pleased with results and highly recommended this company, thank you Tilezone .

Shocking customer experience. Paid for next day delivery and when the tiles didn't arrive they lied to me and fobbed me off to the courier company. Do not trust

Highly recommended, the communication was great and customer service excellent. The tiles arrived on time and delivery was safe. The product is lovely, great value and I am really pleased with the finished result. I will be returning for my next project.

The tiles were just what I wanted but on the first delivery of almost £1600.00 four were damaged. Despite reporting it to the diver on delivery, I still had to pay in full for a further two tiles, including delivery. These also arrived damaged. These tiles were expensive and very thick so had to have been dropped. Although Tilezone offered to send two more free of charge, I had to cover delivery. I refused. Be careful as their courier will not accept responsibility even though they are made aware of damage.

I ordered some tiles recently, they were delivered on time and not a single one was damaged. I would definitely use this company again.
