I thought I was buying both parts of the magnetic pads. I now have 4 boxes of the one side of the magnetic pad that won't hang up a regular picture. I feel misled.

They are not magnetic and when contacting customer service they said too bad… I am stuck with defective product! Stay away!!

Product came quickly and they are so essy to hang!

I ordered the wall pad kit for hanging photo frames. Unfortunately, I assumed a "kit" would include both the wall pad and the magnet for the frame. Unfortunately this was not the case.

Very slow economy shipping

Absolutely love the versatility of TilePix. I've ordered several of these. I moved about two years ago and was able to transfer them from one home to another with the same durability as the day we bought them. They transfer well and are such a nice touch. The customer service is amazing. Can't say enough about this product.

The website was not easy to use. The size of the frames when editing was super small and it was not easy to make edits.

One picture was centered good but the other picture y'all cut part of her head off

My photos looked great for about two days and then the pix started to fall, unfortunately this was several nights in a row after 2 AM. Since the adhesive was failing, I had to nail the adhesive side to the wall, and over the course of a week, three magnets failed. At this point I will probably have to use superglue so the magnets stay connected.

Right after putting the magnet stickers on the wall (following provided instructions) they started to fall off. This product is literally supposed to do one thing - allow you to hang photos without a nail, and i am going to end up needing to nail these magnet stickers to the wall. I cannot believe it! Disheartened to be giving this a big thumbs down.

I absolutely LOVE my tilepix! They were easy to put up and arrange! The only thing I would change is that my photos are a little blurry.

$9.43 to ship basically a letter (not a box) that could've easily shipped for under $2 USPS and there was no choice of any other shipping.

The speed and price (market wise) were better than competitor sites and they took particular care with the packaging. My main criticism would be the inability to review a representative scaled cropping of the proposed finished product. My photo’s “scale” was diminished when cropped to fit the dimensions of the selected print.
