Instructions were easy to follow and products were easy to find.

More than half of these fell off the wall after a few days.

All of TilePix products are hung using magnets which means I can update frequently without damaging my drywalls and/or paint. The product line TilePix offers is pure quality and they're priced right. I've gotten many of their 8x8 TilePix frames scattered all over my house, their Glass prints are unlike anything I've ever seen, the colors are truly eye popping and makes you want to stare and appreciate! I also take a lot of aerial photographs of all kinds of landscapes, so those pictures can get extremely detailed. I get all of those details printed just as I had uploaded them. Needless to say, I'm extremely satisfied with the offering and I keep coming back. They also reward you if you shop there frequently. Totally recommended for those with a keen eye for quality photo products to have their most favorite moments be hung up for your friends and family to cherish.

I initially left a review because I wasn't satisfied with the return policy for TilePix. However, they kindly reached out to me and offered a full refund and were quick to do so. I wasn't able to use their product for my project, but I was grateful they did refund me and worked well to fix my issue.

I received an almost immediate response to my customer service email question that included a link to the exact item I was looking for. It's nice to get a real-person to respond to an inquiry and then provide you with great customer service.
