Vorsicht Betrüger. Angeblicher Whatsapp Service zu nichts zu gebrauchen. Ich habe eine Bestellung für das Spiel zwischen Österreich und Türkei abgegeben. Auf der Onlineseite ist die Rede von 12 Tickets für den angegebenen Preis. Erst nach der Bestellung und Erhalt der Rechnung war es ersichtlich, dass es sich dabei nur um ein Ticket handelt. Ist also vorspiegeln falscher Tatsachen und ganz klar Betrug nach 263 StGB. Habe daraufhin über die hinterlegte Handynummer den Whatsapp Service angeschrieben und auf meine Nachrichten wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Auf die bitte meine Bestellung zu stornieren wurde nicht reagiert. Ganz klar eine Scammerseite also Vorsicht!

Do not buy anything from Ticket Kosta. They are criminals who sell the same ticket to several people. I bought a ticket to a Cold Play concert and, when I arrived in the venue, the person who checked the tickets informed me that this ticket had already been used. When I contacted Ticket Kosta, they have just mentioned that my claim was not valid. Please, avoid this criminal company.
Dear Ticket Kosta team, I bought the ticket below for the Cold Play concert in Lyon on June 23rd, 2024. However, when I tried to use the ticket to enter in the concert, the employees in the concert venue informed that this ticket had already been used and they did not allow me to enter in the venue and watch the concert. Therefore, I missed the Cold Play concert although I paid 599 euros. Besides the cost of the ticket, I had to pay for the transportation to Lyon and the hotel. All of this made me really upset and I am terribly disappointed with Ticket Kosta. Therefore, I request the refund for this ticket in the value of 599 euros.
