Basically everything worked out. I got the tickets I paid for, however the communication with Ticket Kosta and the process itself is a little bit weird. I send the money to the given bank instructions, and after that I didn´t got any information about when I get the tickets. So I had to write via email and WhatsApp multiple times, but the responses were AI generated I guess.
Clear information, tickets arrived in time. Had a great time at the game. Will buy tickets here again.

Well everything good tikets work but your sistems emails adress and social webs very slow to gets answers really closed from the activities answer I was nervius don't get the tickets and the price realy expensive than a I spend.
I bougth the tickets for the final Roland Garros a day before the event. The tickets came a few hours after the paiment. Very good service! I appreciate.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ticketkosta. We bought tickets from them for a vastly oversubscribed game. They kept in touch with us throughout the lead up to the final, re-assured us that the tickets were reserved, and then talked us through the UEFA download, and advised us the time frame when we would receive the tickets. Absolute First Class service from an extremely honorable and reliable company. Would I use Ticketkosta again?1000% yes!!
All the emails have arrived in time, even they change the prices and required other submit. Overall good places even they did not informed in advance that all 7 tickets will be spread around available sectors. It will be helpful if they could deliver a reminder email with some days in advance to inform you that all the process is still in place, that you will receive your tickets with some hours before the match, to reassure you that all the procedures are going further and the company is trustful.

J'ai commandé des billets à la fin du mois de décembre pour assister à un match en Angleterre Manchester City - Arsenal qui avait lieu le 26 avril. J'ai envoyé quelques mails au site qui m'a répondu que mes billets allaient arriver et ils sont arrivés en effet 2h30 avant le match c'était un grand plaisir et tout s'est très bien passé même si j'aurais préféré recevoir mes billets avant je suis satisfait de ticket kosta.

Nous avions 2 places pour West Ham x Liverpool. Sur notre confirmation de commande, il y avait écrit que nous aurions les billets 2 ou 3 jours avant. Nous étions inquiets car la veille nous n'avions rien. Nous avons essayé de les contacter par téléphone (qui ne sonne pas), mail, WhatsApp, instagram, Twitter et messenger. Finalement, nous avons pu échanger avec quelqu'un sur Messenger quelques heures avant le match et avons obtenu les places 6 heures avant. Conclusion : Tout s'est bien passé malgré ce petit coup de frayeur. Apparemment, les billets peuvent être délivrés 2-3 heures avant le match.
