The tint and bird deterrent film look good and do a great job at reducing glare and keeping birds from flying into the windows. My only concern was uneven cut line on a couple windows that were tinted.

We have used Therma Shield several times and they do a great job with a great product.

All I can say about Alex and Laura is wow. They personify the power of small business by using quality products and professional service. I wish there were more companies like this. Our situation is we live in a long developed neighborhood and they recently started putting in homes next to us and ran a driveway along our property line, only 20 feet from our master bath picture window. when looking for privacy solutions that would allow us to save our natural light, I stumbled upon Therma Shield from a Google search. After reading the about the products online and knowing they are dedicated to flat glass building tinting only, the choice was easy to make. when you realize that window tinting is your solution, these are the people to go with. especially as new construction on small lots it putting homes window to window eight feet apart. I seldom ever use 5 stars when I am asked to write a review. In this case, however, Therma Shield Solar Control was EXCELLENT. This I say, even after this was their second trip to install the print screen. The first time there was a problem with the screen print, they identified it immediately, and said there was something wrong with the print. Today, the manufacturer replaced the problem screen with this gorgeous corrected screen. Throughout these two visits, Therma Shield was professional, exceedingly knowledgeable, efficient and personable! They definitely fit the role of a professional you would want in your home.

Contacted Therma Shield Solar Control (Alex) about a month ago after finding the company web site and reading previous reviews and positive satisfaction expressed by several clients. I asked for a visit by Alex to determine how we could continue to fully enjoy the amazing westward views from our home, yet minimize fade and heat from the afternoon sun. We also wanted more privacy in two southern rooms that faced a new home next being constructed next door. Alex responded promptly with an onsite visit and also brought tinting product samples for our evaluation. He appeared exceptionally well informed about products and their characteristics. He also described the window tinting process, to include our few preparation requirements. Per his commitment, he promptly provided a detailed written cost estimate that we considered very satisfactory as well as the date that he could accomplish necessary work on twelve large windows in our home. Five of the windows had been tinted previously, and we weren't sure about the possibility of removing this tinting and applying a different product. He described how he would go about removing the old product and provided a very reasonable price for removal and application of the new product. My wife and I were unsure about the shade of the sample products provided earlier and asked for two additional shades which he promptly provided. We then decided on and identified the two specific shades of tinting that we wished to be installed, and he planned accordingly. We were never rushed or pressured in this process or later activities. The date for installing the tinting rolled around, and Alex called the day before to ensure that we would be ready on installation day. Alex and his partner (and lovely wife, Laura) arrived at the agreed time the next day, performed a joint walkthrough of our home to ensure there was nothing to hinder their work, then quietly and efficiently set up their equipment and began prepping windows and cutting the tinting sheets. Removal of tinting from the five windows went very smooth as did preparation of remaining untinted windows and installation of the new product on all 12 windows. Clean up was accomplished as stated and equipment was removed from the home. My wife and were so confident in and trusting of their activities and integrity that we chose to accomplish outside activities for the few hours that they worked in our home. We could not be happier with the tinting; it was installed efficiently and professionally. Matter of fact, we asked Alex to measure and plan for installation of tinting on six more large to medium windows on the east side of our home. Lastly, I was very impressed that Alex and Laura choose to work on only one home daily. This permits them to take their time and eliminates their rushing so they can move on to another job. A great team that simply can't be beat in their chosen occupation. I will definitely recommend their services to anyone.

We had the good fortune of coming across Alex's Therma Shield website.....it was excellent in it's informative structure and very well organized. And after speaking with both Alex and Laura, we chose them to do the 18 or so windows (and skylights) in our house that face south (and blistering hot in the summer). At first we were concerned that it might darken the rooms too much.....but after they gave us places where they had put up window film that we went to see, we no longer had that worry. We didn't realize how much glare we had until the films were put up. Alex and Laura are hardworking, accommodating, really nice and concientious people. They are very organized, took great care of our hardwood floors and surroundings. They are precise and exemplary in their work. We made the right choice.....they are highly recommended. Excellent Product and Customer Service Extremely pleased with our purchase of Panorama Slate 20 window film for our living room. Installed in April 2018 on 15 year old Pella wood frame windows - large 6 panel west facing arched windows, about 15 feet total window height. Got tired of having to keep window blinds closed most of the time to reduce direct sun, glare and fading. (fading happened anyway in spite of blinds) Alex and Laura were wonderful to work with and answered all questions to our satisfaction. Pricing was very reasonable and they did a very professional installation job. Almost a year later, we are still amazed that we can look out the front windows to the beautiful view that had to be blocked for so many years. Glare reduction is significant. Room heat is greatly reduced in the summer, but still allows just enough that in the winter the dog can find a nice comfy spot on a sunny day. Yes there is some interior night reflection, but its really minor and not an issue for us. Chose Therma Shield because we wanted someone who specialized in home window installation, versus others who may specialize in automobile windows and do home installation on the side. Very pleased with our choice and highly recommend Therma Shield.

We had the therma shield solar control tint installed in our entire living space, 22 skylights and 8 large windows instead of any kind of drape or blind.The tint has held up excellent over the course of three years. A contractor broke one of our windows so, we had to have it replaced and tinted again. We knew to call Thermashield Spokane again without hesitation. The product is an exact match 3yrs later and we have had zero problems with the product that was installed in 2015. Very kind and courteous staff/installers. Would highly recommend.

Thermal Shield installed window film on windows in our church sanctuary. Primarily, we needed to keep the glare down as the songs are projected and the bright sun made it difficult to see the words. We went with a darker color and the overall effect is great (although maybe a tad darker than what we thought it would be). The service was professional and friendly; the communication excellent. Each window looks very professionally finished. We are very happy and would recommend this company.
