I purchased the A-10 model, the overall experience was top notch. Communication, delivery time and packaging cannot be faulted. The model it's self is very impressive and we'll presented, however this is the reason for not giving a 5 star review. The most well known part of this aircraft the avenger cannon is carved in the wrong position. A mistake that stops this purchase getting top marks. And a very disappointing error.

Purchased the smaller model of the Lightning last week, was delivered in secure and protective packaging within a few days; high quality product, very pleasing to view, easy to assemble! Me, being a clumsy individual though, broke one of the Sidewinder missiles right at the end of of assembly! I called Wooden Model Company to own up and I have today received not one but two replacement missiles.......I think the very polite and efficient young lady (who I'm probably not allowed to name?!) that I spoke to realised that there was every chance that I'd do it again.....!! I am SO impressed with the Lightning that I've already also purchased the Phantom......can't wait to get it!!

I saw your ah64 apache model at an airshow and was interested in buying it and because of seeing the price of these items usually a lot more expensive I decided to buy on impulse on the day.
