Quick service, delivered on time and a massive range of models
Bought as a present, not worn yet so don't know how it will wear! The T shirt should be ok we will see how the printing holds up.
Ordering easy. Received an email regarding one item that was not available but on replying my email was not looked at so ended up with a refund which was disappointing.
Dislike, having to purchase the mug to get the coaster. The mug having a black interior and the cushion for the phantom cushion not of a high quality filling.
I recently had a mostly positive experience with The Wooden Model Company. The ordering process was simple, and I appreciated being kept updated on the shipping progress. The quality of the items is impressive, and delivery was prompt. While there was a slight hiccup with communication when one item was unavailable, it was eventually resolved, although it was a bit frustrating at the time. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would consider ordering from this company again. 4 stars.
