Hmm. OK ish. Hence 3 stars. I telephoned technical sales, rather than buy online to get a small wet underfloor heating kit for my kitchen, as I wanted to ensure what I was ordering was correct. All good bar a couple of points. The price they charged me for the mats was more expensive that the web listed price which I didnt notice until I received the goods and took a proper look at the bill. The thermostat was sent which comprised of a head unit only. Not the rf receiver to connect to pump. I emailed (no response so then telephoned) before I got the kit checking this fact and I was assured it was fine. When the kit came, as I suspected, the rf receiver was missing. Consequence of this was I telephoned again to get the missing part which to be fair they duly sent. The reason for the 3 stars not 5 is because if I had have got the proper thermostat kit (as per online) it would probably have been done as a bundle rather than a separate item which is more expensive as I got charged for separate items. To top it off they then charged me shipping on the second item too for something they really they should have covered as it was their error. I challenged this by email but radio silence. Bear this in mind. I have another larger property to do soon so will have to think hard before ordering here next time. Order ref: 1166907
Reasonably quick delivery. Very slight damage to one corner of the panel and box in this corner and other parts of box. Could be boxed even better but OK.

Great items and great prices. The delivery was very fast and so helpfull for such items it meant could order the correct items and have them delivered instead of driving around to get what I needed. I had to call before ordering to check some installation methods and found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. I would use again and would recommend to others too.
Great service and parts arrived next day
I went to The Underfloor Heating Store stand at the Homebuilding and Renovating Show last year. I was initially dealing with Tarrant, who was great. The project got delayed, I', now ready to buy but Tarrant has left so i'm now dealing with Harry who after 10 days and lots of nagging, still hasn't updated my quote despite chasing and copying the generic sales email too.
