Despite all the advice they provide on the Underfloor Heating website and the telephone checking service they offer I still managed to miscalculate the correct size heating mat I required. Thanks to their brilliant customer service this was no problem at all. A quick call into their help desk had me returning the wrong sized mat and a replacement sent out for next day delivery. A top notch service. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
