Order arrived promptly and correct though with no manufacturers instructions. Following a phone call these were immediately emailed to me.

On time delivery

Ordered battery, paid £10 for next day delivery, didn't show up till 2 days later. Emailed them, slow to respond. Then Adam replied said it was couriers fault, I then sent email requesting refund for postage and have heard NOTHING for a week. Hence the 1 star. Expensive postage and lack of communication.

I feel the product I ordered was in perfect working order and i had no problems with the service given.

Item fits so well, very good quality, and affordable price ! But delivery is expensive... More than the price of the item

Good communication by the company. I spoke to a pleasant, interested real person who was very helpful and explained about 'back order'.

Quick and efficient

I sent for an iPad charger from The Techbase, which when it arrived didn’t fit! But they continued to help me. They had so much patience and told me they wanted to get it right for me! The 2nd charger didn’t fit, so they asked me to send some photos of the device and charging ports. Eventually they got back saying that it wasn’t an iPad, it was a kindle. It had been put in an iPad box, it had belonged to my Dad and I didn’t realise. They certainly went above and beyond for me, I am so pleased (but embarrassed) !! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and intend to buy a new device WITH A CHARGER from them. Customer Service hasn’t gone after all. Thank you again Techbase. Annette.

Good points first. Delivery on time and followed my request for the delivery to be delayed a little so someone could be home. Not so good points. The telephone is 2G not 4G as I presumed. I didn't notice this, I've checked the description again on the website and it just seems to mention GSM. Maybe consider making it clearer when phones don't have 4G, I really thought 2G was finished with In either case, Techbase wrote to me to say that they would change the phone for me so fair play to them. As it is I'm not in the UK so I'll just find an elderly relative or friend who needs a phone just for texting and phoning. Thanks Techbase. I would use company again but pay more attention.

Products not yet arrived. Laughably premature request from Trustpilot! I will not feel pressurised into making something up for them. **** Product now arrived and is absolutely fine, but still not impressed with Trustpilot who I don't trust.
