I ordered a replacement phone battery, and paid for express delivery. it was delivered a day earlier than expected. Great service.

I received the items within reasonable time, no problem there. Unfortunately, I could not use the parts as the phone itself had broken beyond repair by the time I got the parts. Contacted the company for return/refund several times via email and mobile phone number (left voicemail too) but I never received any answer. I think, this company (if they can be called as such) is run pretty poorly only focusing on sales. I am considering visiting the shop at some point to make a complaint and taking it even further if needed. It is simply stupid to start legal actions when discussing matter in the value range of £40. But it is worth doing as I can prove that I tried to contact them by their own terms and conditions and themselves did not deliver on on those. I do not recommend anyone to make business with these people. UPDATE: I have received communication from the company. Return is in progress.

Your delivery charge, apart from being very high, is only detailed at the very last click, and no alternative delivery options/costs given. I go out of my bay to purchase directly from British companies and endeavor to avoid likes of Amazon. Your delivery costs & options MUST be detailed upfront! Not to do so, may not be legal - will check. Then to compound the problems, Received email from DHL of delivery within a 12 hour period, so stayed in all day, only to receive text late in the day to say it will now be the following day! NEVER AGAIN!! These type of disingenuous practices pushes people to the likes of Amazon. Shame! Poonam Sharma

Do not use this supplier. Refused to refund for defective, unused parts after I paid £10 postage plus return postage.

We urgently needed a new battery for our daughters smartphone we found one at Techbase it was despatched and we received it within 2 days now her phone is really good and holding charge, thankyou .

I didn't get the battery on time(not their fault, altough I see it happens to other people as well and the delivery was expensive) so had to return the item straight away. No refund and no emails were returned. You own me money.

AT CHECKOUT PAID £10 FOR DELIVERY OF MOBILE PHONE BATTERY BY DPD. THIS WAS THEN CHANGED TO D H L WHICH WAS A SHAMBLES THEY HAD MY ORDER FOR 5 DAYS THEN IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS,NO NOTE WAS POSTED THROUGH MY DOOR TO INFORM ME THIS HAD HAPPENED
