Bought a king size Monaco white bed , back and bottom finish rail did not sit properly with the screws too small , had to get wood glue to attach , and it still wasn't right. But the company' gave me €50 off when I explained my problem, for the price of bed , I thought it would be better quality , they just don't make them like they used to anymore , bed goes well with decor ,
This is a great company. The staff were very helpful both by phone and email before I made my purchase. The delivery was extraordinarily quick. The products (armchair and footstool) matched the photos and description on the site pretty much perfectly. I really can’t say enough good things about the company!
The customer service was excellent! This very sturdy chest of drawers arrived within a couple of days of ordering. There was an issue with assembly which was dealt with in an exemplary manner. Very satisfied
Great product, great value, really quick delivery
All my questions were answered very promptly ( was surprised by this as was a Sunday & thought I wouldn't get reply until Monday) but got replies on the Sunday, placed order. Had requested it not be delivered until the Thursday if possible. Bed was delivered within 2 days & Fastway were also excellent & held it in the Depot until the Thursday so 5 star to both The Right Buy & Fastway for excellent communication & delivery. Re the bed itself 5star exactly as ordered, very sturdy solid bed & very pleased with it.... my husband & son put it together & no lives were harmed in the making

Product arrived damaged from transport, I sent an email with pictures of the damage, and received a call 10 minutes later to help with my issues. A replacement was sent and the man I was dealing with was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this company and will be buying from them again
