I recently ordered a beautiful metallic black ventura 3' bunk bed from the Right Buy Store. The bed looked exactly like the pictures online, and it arrived on time. The customer service was fantastic! They were very responsive throughout the entire process. After assembling, I thought there was an issue with the bars but it was a mistake made by the person who assembled. I contacted James via email, and he immediately went above and beyond to get replacement bars sent out. James was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. While my fiance was able to fix the bed before the replacement arrived, I called James to let him know. He informed me the courier was already on the way with the bars and offered to let me keep them 'incase I might need them in the future.' Overall, I had an amazing experience shopping with the Right Buy Store. Their excellent customer service especially James' helpfulness, made the entire process stress - free. Ordered the 8 drawer chest. Took some time to put together but happy with how solid it is, as I've bought flat pack furniture from other "larger" shops and it was muck. Delivery was quick and the driver was sound, chatty and very helpful. Have no hesitation of buying something from them again.
Purchased a bed from this site, got delivered in 24 hours. By mistake wrong side rail arrived. Rang the number on their website over the weekend, didn’t expect someone will answer, got to James who organized express delivery with correct part by next day. Excellent customer service & support.
