I made a mistake on ordering but this wasn't a problem. I phoned them they cleared the problem and I posted the item back to them and was refunded as soon as they received item. I would use pipercross again but I would phone them instead of ording online.
Good experience when dealing with Piper Cross, email answered swiftly albeit with an answer I didn't want. Sale of complete air filter & it's arrival all done in record time
Item as described and received very quickly. Uses DPD for delivery so very useful to redirect to somewhere more convenient if required.

Pleased with the product
My order was processed and shipped promptly and arrived in a timely manner. One of the items was a cleaning and re-oiling kit. The top on the cleaning fluid bottle had come loose and half of the fluid was lost. The product is otherwise as advertised and I am working to adapt it to my car. It's going to look and work great.

Very helpful on the phone. The guy even went and checked the shape of one in the warehouses while I waited in the phone. Arrived next day. Very impressed and a shame I won't have to use them again as the filter has a lifetime guarantee.

Ordered and didn't even get a confirmation email. A week later nothing had turned up. I emailed and was told they where out of stock but would be with me on Monday 14th. End of Tuesday 15th and nothing. Then was told it would be with me on Thursday which it was.
At first was not impressed, I sent text chasing my order was told would be some time this week got text dispatched today just got message will be Delivered tomorrow, know that's what I call service thank you pipercross,
