Good quick service. Easy to fit. Not had chance to run the car too much (winter), so difficult to say if there's any improvement in performance.
Ordered a pipercross panel filter on the 3rd january it arrived friday the 5th was really impressed with how fast it came .. had the panel filter put in and it has made the car feel a lot more responsive definitely works a lot better than the original would recommend this company and there products to friends and family
Ordered a 100ml cleaning kit and was sent a 75ml kit
The outer box was under damaged however the box inside looked like had a bad life luckily no damage to the contents just not a great start or image. The filter fits good I can't say it is giving me great performance as I can't notice a difference. However the fact it is cleanable and reusable makes it viable.

Ordering online was very straight forward, simple and quick. Very happy with the product too.
All seems good so far but the fit wasn’t the best, struggled to get it to seat nicely so I could fasten the lid back down, the filter kept dropping down which the paper filter didn’t. Meaning I had to re seat it before trying again. I think it might be slightly too small for the airbox on my M235i
