First order and they made two mistake, I paid for next day delivery but when one item isn't in the box and another is wrong it makes you wonder why you paid for the next day delivery. I had a refund for both items but I can't even get the payment because it's pending in Paypal but it didn't take long for it to come out of my account when I paid... I doubt I'll order again, the person I spoke to via webchat was nice and admitted they messed up my order but I wouldn't want to risk it happening again.

You got what you paid for. The tunnels and bunny house were great but the wooden hammock I could not use as there was sharp metal poking out, I would not have noticed but cut my finger, dread to think what would have happened if I put it in with my rats. The small animal crinkle dens were very tiny too, couldn't even fit my baby rats, probably only suitable for dwarf hamsters. Giving three stars as the majority of my order was good and fast delivery. Probably won't order from this site again though.
