This company shipped the item to me within a two day period I only paid for second class mail! The product was a hamster cage and it came with absolutely no defaults, brand new and it fit the item description perfectly, amazing product I decently recommend you buy from this company!!

Ordered a Dog Cage to pick up our new dog. We didn't want one of those rickety cheap made cages, but a good Stainless steel one that will last a little while. We avoided the cheaper products and looked towards the £50 mark for a Medium cage which is right at the top end. We came across a sturdy looking cage at The Pet Warehouse which looked and sounded like exactly what we need so we went ahead and ordered it. Sadly when it arrived it was not the nice Sturdy Stainless steel cage in the picture and description but a cheaper powder coated version that I could have bought for half the price anywhere all over the Internet. Exactly what I was trying to avoid! I contacted The Pet Warehouse and explained my disappointment only to be told that this powder coated cage is better that the Stainless steel and that if I wanted to ship it back to them at my cost (£16 - quoted by UPS) that they would refund my purchase price. Now there were 2 problems with that. Firstly, we were picking up our new dog the following day and needed a cage imminently (too late to order elsewhere) and the fact that I may very well get my purchase price refunded but would still be out of pocket £16 which was 30% of the purchase price. I found that they were quite unwilling to take any responsibility or even offer a small discount or even a dog toy or something to at least acknowledge a failure on their part. To me that's terrible customer service. The product was clearly misrepresented and The Pet Warehouse made me feel like it was my fault. I am sure that The Pet Warehouse will cobbled up response to blame the customer as some companies think its fine to trade like this and justify it by deception. These types of traders are what makes people weary about buying online and gives the good guys a bad name. BE WARNED
Ordered Thursday night and arrived Monday. Picked standard (free) 3-5 day service and received confirmation of despatch and delivery day, and one hour slot on the day so no waiting in. Quality item and very good price. Couldn't ask for more
