After I received a quotation, my Neon-sign was arrived within 2 weeks. The quality is to good to be true. I had an issue with the adapter, but this was fixed in a few days! Great service! I would tecommend The Neon Company!
Ich wurde auch nahezu genötigt zu dem wird man über jede Art und Weise von dieser Firma kontaktiert sei es WhatsApp Mails oder Anrufe , ich werde nun einen Anwalt einschalten . Bitte passt auf dieses Unternehmen scheint sehr geschickt zu handeln ich habe mich für ein Angebot entschieden es mir im Nachhinein doch zu teuer war nach dem ich diese stornieren wollte und ucu erst gr ıcht bezahlt hatte wurde mir mit einem Inkasso verfahren gedroht , es hieß die Produktion der Lichter hâtte schon angefangen daher Ware es besser für mich wenn ich zahlen würde …. WIESO WIRD MIT DER PRODUKTION DER WARE OHNE JEGLICHE BEZAHLUNG ANGEFANGEN ?? Das sollte unterbunden werden ich denke das ist ihre Masche so kommen sie an ihr Geld im dem sie die Menschen praktisch nötigen ihrem Kram zu kaufen !!!
I thought it would be interesting to look at having a neon sign made for the little startup that I am part of. So I went through the process of taking a look at the offerings from this company. I asked for a quote and for a design to be made, so I could see how it might look on a wall and so I could understand how expensive the sign would be. First off, I was quoted one price online in the initial process. I wasn't sure originally as I thought it was a bit expensive, so I decided to wait to make my mind up. Then this company wrote me no less than 17 emails asking me to confirm if I wanted to place the order, with some mails where they consistently pushed the price down. They were very pushy in their sales tactics. At one point I was offered a 15% discount on the product, which I found to be quite appealing despite the relentless mails from them pushing me to buy their product. I took a look at the mail where they offered 15% off of the original price and I clicked on the link to the main website for the company to see how much the total price would be including VAT and I was shocked at how expensive it was. Even with the claimed additional 15% off, it was more expensive than the initial price. I decided to exit from the order without accepting anything. I did not click "pay now" or any other setting on their web application. As it was simply too expensive and I did not want to purchase the item in the end. Again I repeat, I DID NOT PURCHASE, I DID NOT WANT TO PURCHASE, I DID NOT CLICK PURCHASE. At no point in the process did I say OK to purchase. Yet since then, this company has sent numerous threatening emails, stating I must pay the invoice for the item that I ordered. I have had mails from multiple departments from the company with the most recent mails threatening legal action if I do not pay by a date in April. I am absolutely appalled in this level of behaviour from a company, I don't even have a copy of any order confirmation that I made. Yet they are pushing me via threatening legal action to pay for a product which I simply did not order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Heel erg blij met ons prachtige neon sign van de The Neon Company. Veel geduld bij Mathijs, want het moest telkens net iets anders :)! Het resultaat mag er zijn, de kleur is precies wat het moet zijn. Een aanwinst voor ons kantoor. De complimenten die we krijgen zijn niet van de lucht!
Twee maanden geleden de neon lamp besteld. Ziet er mooi uit en prima service! Led Controller was defect geraakt, gelukkig door Rico meteen een nieuwe opgestuurd en snel gehandeld. Prijs is niet de duurste en niet het goedkoopst, dus prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding!
Da Schild wurde geliefert mit einer umfangreichen Ausstattung und sehr ordentlich verarbeitet. Der Kontakt war einfach und sehr freundlich. Leider gab es einen Transportschaden. Auch hier ein super unkomplizierten Kundenservice. Lediglich die Wartezeit der Ersatzlieferung hat mich ein bischen in nöte gebracht. Aber insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Meedenken over het ontwerp. Steeds terugkoppeling gevend op vragen en/of onduidelijkheden. Leveringstijd prima!! Mooi product!!
Wij hadden al eerder een positieve ervaring bij de NeonCompany, daarom hebben we weer een bestelling gedaan. Na een melding van de koerier dat er een beschadiging was, heeft Neon Company uitgezocht bij welke locatie DHL het pakket lag, waar wij zelf konden gaan checken of er geen schade aan het led was. Dit was gelukkig niet het geval en hadden we op tijd onze bestelling en het resultaat was zeer naar onze verwachting.
Het configureren van mijn maatwerk sign via de website was eenvoudig en behulpzaam bij het maken van de goede keuzes. Het resultaat was nog beter dan verwacht en kwam keurig verpakt en volgens de aangegeven levertijd aan. Top!
heb de neon company gevraagd een kerstkado te maken voor de werkgever, puik werk Neon company het is een mooi bord geworden. zeker een aanrader, thanx namens het hele team.
