I found the service I received from the Natural Health Practice to be excellent.
If you order the same things regularly, it's always best to ring them to place order to get the best prices, as the website doesn't always make it easy to see what's on offer. The staff are always very pleasant to deal with.

Excellent shipping service! I placed my order on 29/9 and I got my products on 5/10 (HK). Didn't expect delivery to be this efficient. And I have so much confidence in the products! However, for purchases in future, I hope I can get a call of confirmation from the person in charge of the product delivery first. And hope that re-delivery service would be provided if the recipient is not available to get the products in person (instead of asking his or her family members to check the products inside the parcel, as there may be some people like me who want to keep the syndrome and supplements secret).
This was the first time I ordered products from the Natural Health Practice. One of the products I had ordered was no longer available but I was telephoned shortly after making the booking and so was able to re-order an alternative product. There was a prompt delivery service too.

I went to this website after reading Dr Marilyn Grenvilles books. I was seeking supplements to help me after a recent major abdominal surgery and menopausal needs. The website was easy to navigate but I had some problems accessing the on line health test to start with. I emailed and had a very quick response with a lovely call from one of the team plus further detail on where I was going wrong. The health test is quite basic but I found the information helpful and informative and I decided to give some of the products a try. I was keen to know if any of the medication I was taking could react with the supplements and again I had a qualified response from the nutritionist about this query. The supplements arrived promptly and I have since had a follow up call asking me if I was satisfied. Well so far the customer service has been very good. It's too early to say if the products have had any benefits as I'm only a few days into the plan and I'm not expecting overnight results. The supplements are quite pricey but there are various options available in terms of the duration of the plan that you buy and you don't have to purchase everything that is recommended. I found the deal on money back for the online health test if supplements are purchased is good. You then get regular emails from Marilyn Grenville about talks that she is doing along with health tips etc. so far so good.
Products arrived very quickly
I ordered some supplements from here and another batch from a high street chain and within 20 minutes I received a call from a very friendly lady to offer me a deal on the supplements I had ordered before they processed the request. Had I not have ordered from the other site I've have taken her up on this.. and sadly 7 days later I still haven't received my other order but the Amino Acids I ordered from NHP arrived in a few days!
Checked out the website. Easy to navigate, lots of information & very speedy delivery. Excellent service.
